Jamie Grace: Ready To Fly

This is Jamie Grace's 2nd album and I am so impressed with the quality of the music.
There is some fresh creativity on this album and the songs are amazing and full of life.
This album brings much honor to God and I believe it makes God smile.
I think this album has been seriously underrated on the Jesusfreakhideout review of this album.
I think Jamie Grace has moved forward from her 1st album and I believe you are going to be impressed.
This album has elements of Modern Gospel, R&B and Pop and it is going to put a smile on your face when you here it. The lyrics are very encouraging and edifying to the human soul and will inspire you to live life to the full because God came to give us life to the fullest. This album will also encourage you to keep on keeping on and to never give up with things are difficult, especially in our daily lives.
The most awesome truth is that God truly loves you and thinks that you are worth it and that we should find our worth in God because he made us for his pleasure.
One of the songs ''White Boots'' encourages us to take a stand for sexual purity and to wait for God to bring the right person to us at the right time. Marriage is supposed to be between a man and a woman and we are to be truly faithful in marriage. The Bible has a lot to say about sex and marriage and the way it is supposed to be treated. We cannot afford to go beyond the boundaries that God gave us.

Rebecca St James also recorded a song over a decade ago while she was waiting for her future husband and the song is called ''Wait for Me''. It is on a Rebecca St James album called ''Transform''.
''Transform'' is one of the most creative, energetic and most powerful albums you will ever hear.
and it was recorded in the year 2000. Good news, Rebecca St James got married a few years ago.
I would like to recommend to you a book written by Rebecca St James. ''Wait For Me''. It challenges us to stand up for sexual purity in marriage and to totally abstain from sexual immorality.
I encourage you to look up Rebecca St James on the internet. She is a very godly role model and a true example for this generation to follow.

Now back to Jamie Grace, here are some recommended songs from Ready To Fly.
Beautiful Day.

British Black Gospel

I have decided that I am going to review this book as a bonus. I am so glad I ordered this amazing book from the Christian Bookshop and it is impressive and lifechanging. I believe this book will inspire a lot of people that are new to Gospel Music and those that are getting into Gospel Music.
I pray that this book will invest in the dreams of those that are willing to take Contemporary Gospel music to higher levels like never before and inspire those to be more creative and more innovative than ever.

I am a massive fan of Gospel Music and I think it is exciting and inspiring at the same time. I listen to loads of different Gospel Artists, some of them from Britain and some from America. including Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, Deitrick Haddon, Four Kornerz, Israel Houghton, Noel Robinson, Fred Hammond, Canton Jones, Tye Tribbett, Guvna B, Bebe and Cece Winans, and many more. I also enjoy listening to Papa San and he is originally from Jamaica. His new album is ''One Blood''. There is a diversity of different music styles here and I think they are also amazing God honoring artists that will continue to inspire many people around the world.

This book talks about how Gospel Music originated and came into existence and it also addresses the huge sacred-secular divide that has infiltrated the church for way too long and how the conservative black churches tried to keep Gospel Music in a box and preventing it from being exposed to the outside world. The book also talks about the pioneers and innovators who took Gospel Music to a higher level and brought freshness into the Gospel Music scene in order to reach the younger Generations and they took a lot of risk to open new doors for Gospel Artists to create music that is creative and at a very high standard, and also to win the younger generations for God and bring more creative freedom into the atmosphere. These pioneers came under a lot of heavy critisism and the church falsely accused these artists of playing what the church called the devil's music. These pioneers were the reason that Soul, Funk, Reggae and Ska, Rock, Pop and Hip Hop started to come into the church and the Gospel Choirs pushed the church boundaries by collaborating with mainstream artists and performing in mainstream venue's to evangelise and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a new and fresh way so that the younger generations will be saved and that they can have new life. Think about it. What would the music industry be like now if Gospel Music didn't cross over to the mainstream and it wasn't accessible to the youngsters and teenagers. This world would have been way worse than it is now and not only that. This generation would have to suffer a constant and overwhelming lack of direction and vision. Suicide rates would have gone up to higher levels, Racial prejudice would get much worse and out of control and division would increase. Crime rates would have increased and we would be going through some serious anarchy than we would cope, and the suffering and oppression would grow to immense proportions.

I would like to thank God for using the Gospel Music pioneers and innovative Gospel Choirs in a mighty and powerful way to bring unity to different church denominations and invest in the dreams of younger generations and to shatter divisions and put an end to racism and prejudice.
As a result, there is a lot more diversity in the Christian and Gospel Music industries and modern Chrisian Entertainment is at a higher standard and the quality is excellent and culturally relevant in a positive way. Gospel music was born out of oppression and hardships and the lyrics were meant to proclaim freedom and redemption and most of all keep Jesus Christ at the centre at all times. Gospel Music is performed with unbridled emotions and it is also designed to transcend cultures and background. If Gospel Music doesn't transcend cultures and promote racial diversity then it wouldn't be doing it's job. Gospel Music was designed that way.

I pray that God will use this bonus review in a powerful way to encourage more people especially youngsters to listen to Contemporary Gospel Music and that more people can take Gospel Music to a higher level. I would like to speak creative freedom into the atmosphere and may the church repent and turn away from cultural prejudice because I cannot tolerate racism any longer. May God's standards be raised in Great Britain right now. May God bless all of you forevermore.

Mercyme: Welcome To The New

To let you know, this is a brand new album by Mercyme and they have been making music for over a decade . This is one of the greatest albums they have recorded and it is an absolute stunner. Most top quality album full of amazing roof raising new songs that will take the mainstream by surprise.
The new single ''Shake'' is a highly upbeat song that could be sung in Karaoke and I believe it is going to burn the house down especially in pubs. I believe Olly Murs will like this song quite a lot and I think he will be impressed with it. Can I encourage you to watch the music video of  ''Shake'' on Youtube. It is absolutely excellent and I think I am going to watch it. I think you are in for a surprise.
Mercyme have moved forward and pushed the boat out and as a result, they have created a totally amazing album. ''Gotta Let It Go'' is a fantastic Pop/Rock song that will get you rocking on your air guitar. I pray that this album will inspire a lot of CCM artists to move forward creatively and set the bar up higher. It is time to turn the volume up.

Owl City: Ocean Eyes

I am pleased to say that this album is absolutely fantastic and truly original in creativity.
Owl City is definitely a true artist of today and he doesn't copy other peoples art.
The music is in the style of Electro Synth/Pop and it is done in a new and original way.
There are some fantastic song on this album including ''Umbrella Beach'', ''Vanilla Twilight'',
''The Bird And The Worm'' and many more. This album also include the most well known hit single
''Fireflies''. This album deserves to be played in Theme Parks and Amusement Arcades and also Cinema's. ''Umbrella Beach'' and ''The Tip Of The Iceberg'' are some of my favorite songs and they are amazing. They are fun to listen to especially when you are playing Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games on the Wii.
Owl City's Christian faith is strongly reflected on ''Meteor Shower'' and it contains the lyric ''I am not my own, cos I have been made new''. When we accept Jesus into our lives we become brand new and we start to live lives differently and in a way that makes God happy. God celebrates over us when we give our lives to Jesus because when we do, we are spiritually reborn and we have new life because of what Jesus did for us upon the cross.

To the kids who are Christians. If you are interested in Moshi Monsters and you are talented at drawing, I would like to encourage you to draw some new moshlings that can one day have a very positive effect on Moshi Monsters, and make it better and more harmless than ever before.
I believe that you can create moshlings that will destroy anything that is evil.
Let's hope that Zommer get's reborn and brought back to life and that redemptive values can enter in.
I pray that God will use your creative talents in a powerful way to take back Moshi Monsters for God's glory and make it more positive and entertaining.I quite like Moshi Monster and I believe it is quite fun and exciting.
We are called to be salt and light in a world that is so dark and dreary and to make a positive impact.
The bible teaches us to let God's light shine for all to see so they can give the highest praise to God alone.

I would like to recommend a brand new song that is in the charts and to let you know, it is absolutely brilliant and positively entertaining.
Pharrell: Happy (soundtrack to Despicable Me 2)
I pray that God will use this song in a very powerful way to bring Positive Entertainment into the mainstream charts.

Canton Jones: Love Jones

This is an awesome album and I believe it is a pure example of quality excellence in Kingdom Music.
Canton Jones is on fire for God and his passion for God burns on this album.
This album will inspire you to worship God freely and it will get you dancing, shouting and clapping your hands to Glorify God for he is worthy of all the worship, and it will prepare you for mission and reaching out to people who are in great need for Jesus. ''Shake it'', ''Fix it'', ''Birthday'', and
''Goodtime'', will pump up you exuberance and encourage you to party to the glory of God.
To remind you, this is clean entertainment and the lyrical content is excellent. This is the sort of music you can play in nightclubs and disco's.
Church of God, I believe we need to work as a team and live in complete harmony if we are going to shine like a shining city on a hill if we are truly going to reach out to the lost. There is a massive party happening in Heaven and it is going to outweigh the other parties. The music in Heaven is more mindblowing than the music on Planet Earth. We haven't heard the best music yet, and please remember, God is the source of everything colourful and creative.
This album contains 12 songs and it is a fantastic album.

Canton Jones: Dominionaire

What an impressive album this really is. I think this is one of the best Gospel Hip Hop albums and I totally enjoy this album quite a lot. I think Canton Jones is a real inspiration and his songs are excellent and creative. This is Kingdom Music at it's best. He is worth supporting and I believe you will be pleased with this album if are looking for good clean entertainment. This album inspires me to worship God anywhere and anytime. The worship of God should never be limited to church services. We can worship God in the good times and the bad times. Our faith is put to the test when we are going through hardships. We can take the worship of God to the pubs, nightclubs, cinema's, arcades, parks, and anywhere else we go.
I  believe that we need to bring positive entertainment into pub, nightclubs, school disco's, theme parks and amusement arcades as well as city centres. I pray that God will take back the cities and towns for his glory and that the dividing walls will break down. I hope and pray that Kingdom Music will hit the mainstream world and recieve airplay on Radio and TV and also sell in th mainstream music market. Come on Church Of God, it is time to pray about this fresh vision of Positive Christian Entertainment going into the mainstream world in Great Britain. It is time to blow the whistle on the marginalisation of Kingdom Music and put a stop to satan's evil devices. We cannot tolerate the devil any longer. Good Riddence to satan, Off with his head.
Christians, there is absolutely no excuse to be boring and lifeless because these trait don't glorify God and it misrepresents him. Let us stop all this hatred and judgementalism because God clearly doesn't want to hear it. All lifelessness is rebuked in Jesus Name.
Good news. God's Heavenly Kingdom is coming soon and it is the most awesome place ever.
Heaven is so multi technicolour and I believe there are colour shows and fireworks and unimaginable rainbow colours in the Heavenly City. It makes Las Vegas look so colourless and boring in comparison. Trying to compare this present world to the Heavenly Kingdom is like comparing
Super Mario Land which has been on the Game Boy years ago to Super Mario 3D World which is now on the Wii U. This world is so black and white. The Heavenly Kingdom is so multi technicolour.
This Canton Jones album is a double disk album and there are 11 tracks on both discs. This album is a masterpiece and a true quality classic.

I would like to recommend some more Kingdom Music.
Deitrick Haddon: Church On The Moon.
Tye Tribbett: Stand Out.
Israel Houghton: The Power Of One.
Matt Redman: 10,000 Reasons.
Guvna B: Odd 1 Out.
Mary Mary: Something Big.
Tobymac: Welcome To Diverse City.
Chip Kendall: Holy Freaks.
Rend Collective: The Art Of Celebration.
James Fortune and Fiya: Identity.
Kierra Kiki Sheard: Free.
Chris Tomlin: And If Our God Is For Us.
Tim Hughes: Love Shine Through.
Phil Wickham: Heaven And Earth.
Lecrae: Rehab.
Trip Lee. 20/20.

Seabird: Rocks Into Rivers

I think this is a classic Indie album and the songs are amazing. It is the sort of album that grows on you the more you listen to it. One of the singles on this album is ''Don't You Know You're Beautiful''.
A very catchy song that should deserve airplay on the radio. This album is packed with radio friendly songs that you can listen to while you are driving or while you are going about your daily life.
I am so pleased that there are a lot of good choices of positive entertainment out there but ther doesn't seem to be anywhere enough of it in the mainsteam record shops in Britain.
I'm quite annoyed that Seabird are not selling in HMV's whatsoever..and their songs are not getting enough airplay on the Radio.
There are a lot of Bands with Christian members that are nowhere to be found in HMV's.
Why are Bands and Arists, like ''All Star United'', ''Family Force 5'', ''Article One'', ''Anberlin'', ''Relient K'', ''Mat Kearney'', ''Icon For Hire'', ''Jars Of Clay'', ''Delirious'', ''Michael W Smith'', ''Amy Grant'',''House Of Heroes'' and many more mainstream alternatives separated and marginalised in the Music Shops in Great Britain. This is preposterous and it is going way too far. This is absolute injustice and I'm not happy about it. I know that ''Owl City'' ''U2'',''Paramore'' ''The Fray'' and the new ''Rend Collective'' Album: ''The Art Of Celebration'' that I have seen in the Pop/Rock section in HMV's in Coventry are on the shelves but it is not good enough.
I pray that there will be a constant reformation in the mainstream music scene in Britain and that the dividing walls that are seperating Positive Entertainment from the mainstream music scene will come down at once.
The latest Seabird album is ''Troubled days''.  A brilliant album that will grow on you when you listen to it a few times. An absolute masterpiece.

Rapture Ruckus: Open Your Eyes

This album is absolutely impressive, creative, up to date and most of all inspiring. This album is packed with some super charged Synth Dance/Pop songs that will go down well in nightclubs and disco's. I think a lot of young kid's will be pleased with this album because it has a modern mainstream sound. I think we need a lot more positive entertainment in the mainstream world. The theme of this album is about letting God's light shine in a world that is so dark and sin corrupted. This album is evidence that the party in Heaven is way more awesome and extremely mindblowing. No human being can ever imagine what heaven is like because are minds are so small, but the most amazing news is that God is large minded and he is the source of all life and creativity and everything that is good and right in his eyes.
Youngsters, I would like to let you all know that God created you for a purpose and he has an awesome vision and plan for your life to bring you hope and a future, and also to be a blessing to other people and to further God's awesome, multi-technicolour Kingdom that is way more mindblowingly super amazing than Hi Definition. I would like to encourage you to ignore what the world says and what the world promotes because the most amazing fact is that God loves you more than you can imagine and he thinks you are awesome. That is why he sent Jesus to die on the cross and come back to life on day 3 to save you from yourself and from the curse of sin which is killing us and destroying us from the inside. This world has been lying to you all along and has been treating all of you like puppets on a string. The truth is you are made for God and that he has an awesome future planned for you. I would like to come against the spirit of suicide that is robbing so many lives. God never intended any of us to throw our lives away.
Church Of God. Let us stand together and take back this generation for God and raise up God's standards. If we work together, use the talents that God has given us and get along with each other for goodness sake, together we can stand against the devil, destroy his demonic kingdom and shut down his devices once and for all. It is time to bring the Worship of God back into society and take part in rebuilding communities. It is time for the Holy Culture to rise up and take action.
Recommended songs.

KJ-52: Five Two Television

This is one of the most creative and diverse albums and it is in my opinion one of KJ 52's most quality albums I've heard so far. To let you know, this isn't his recent album because it came out in 2009. His recent album is ''Dangerous'' and it came out a couple of years ago.
This album ''Five Two Television'' takes KJ-52 to new territory and it has a brand new sound that is deeply captivating and could take Positive Entertainment into a brighter future.
I believe and totally predict that Positive Christian Entertainment is going to sound way better and the quality is going to be taken to a much higher level than before.
I would like to remind the Church Of God that since we are living in the end times and the signs of the times are dropping like flies in this day and age. We need to be raising the creative standards to a maximum high because God hasn't called us to be stagnant and uncreative. The Bible teaches us that we need to be pursuing creative excellence and we are called to multiply and be culturally diverse.
For so long, The Church has been giving God a bad name by being uncreative, boring and lifeless and these traits are not pleasing to God and doesn't glorify God's name at all and it is sending this Generation a wrong message about God. I pray that Christians will be more on fire for God than ever before and take creativity to a higher level, not just with the music but also Cartoons, Animated Films and Video Games. Come on Church Of God wake up and stop wasting time. I believe God is cheering you on so lets run the race and use the talents that God has given us.
The Good news is that there is a lot a creativity in the CCM industry and I am ever so pleased with the diversity of different music styles in Positive Entertainment. I personally like all different music styles and I am well passionate about diversity.
KJ-52 merges Rap music with elements of Rock, Techno and Futuristic Dance/Pop on this album and I believe KJ-52 brings glory to God by being excellent in creating music for young people to enjoy and most of all, the lyrical content is excellent, and it glorifies God.
KJ-52 brings in some clean comedy  and it will get you giggling. I totally admire KJ-52's childlike spirit. One of the songs featuring Kid's singing in the background is ''He Did That''.
I believe this song will impress one of the well known Childrens Worship Leaders Doug Horley who is also known as Duggie Dug Dug.
I am so pleased with KJ-52's drive to be creative and fun and also for setting a good example for this Generation of young kid's and teenagers. I pray that God will say Well done good and faithful servant to KJ-52.
Recommended songs.
Let's Go (Featuring Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch).

U2: How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb

U2 are one of the most greatest and most influential Bands of all time and this album is a classic.
This album is packed full of Stadium Rock songs that will get you rocking on your air guitar and singing at the top of your lungs.
This album contains some christian values since the main singer Bono is a Christian and he is well passionate about social justice and I believe he is after God's heart. Standing up for social justice is true worship in God's eyes. please go to Isaiah 58, Micah 6:8 and Amos 5:21-24 in the old testament.
one of the most well known Reggae artists Bob Marley had a deep passion for social justice and he spoke up for the downtrodden.
Pop/Gospel Soul Band ''The Christians'' also promoted social justice in some of their songs as well. I think they are an awesome band. Their songs are very powerful and emotive and there are some good moral values in some of their songs. They did a cover version of  ''Harvest For The World''. ''The Christians'' joined with the London Community Gospel Choir on ''In My Hour Of Need'' which is on their second album ''Colour''.
Recommended songs by The Christians. ''Ideal World'' ''Forgotten Town'' ''I Found Out'' ''Man Don't Cry'' ''Save A Soul In Every Town'' Hooverville'' ''Greenbank Drive'' ''Born Again'' and ''What's In A Word''.

Now back to U2. How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb.
This U2 album opens with one of their most awesome singles ''Vertigo''.
and it talks about temptation. Jesus Christ was tempted by the devil in the wilderness but Jesus resisted the three tempation traps. I would like to encourage you to go to Matthew 4:1-11 in the Bible. ''City Of Blinding Lights'' is a very anthemic stadium song and it contains the lyrics, Blessings not just for the one who kneels, luckily. Jesus actually commanded us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us because Jesus didn't come for the righteous and the healthy. Jesus came to save us who have sinned and done wrong against God. Yahweh is a very powerful song and a prayer to God, Take this city. A city should be shining on a hill. Take this city. If it be your will.
The Bible teaches us to let God's light shine in the darkest places and we ought to be praying that God's kingdom will come and his will be done on Earth as in Heaven.
U2 had a very strong influence on CCM Bands and Artist including, Delirious, Third Day, Switchfoot, Mercyme, and many others. This U2 album is a solid classic that will be enjoyed by Christians and Non Christians alike.

Thi'sl: Beautiful Monster

I believe this rap artist is pure evidence that God can change the hardest and most blatantly sinful hearts and this album shows that fully. Before Thi'sl came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, he used to live a gangsta lifestyle of hustling and selling drugs for more money.
The good news is that Thi'sl doesn't live like that anymore but he is living a changed life for God's glory and fame and this is proof that God is still changing lives. Thi'sl was brought up in a very rough and tumble environment known as St Louis which is in North America.
This rap artist in a clean alternative to a lot of hardcore rappers which is good news because a lot of mainstream rap artists glorify sexual immorality, violence, the love of money and they also treat woman as objects.
I think this album is absolutely brilliant, stunning, creative and very up to date and I believe this album will inspire you to reject sin and live a life that pleases God and brings God the glory.
I pray that God will use this album in a very powerful way to rebuild cities and bring a lot of thugs and hooligans to repentance and ultimately to our ultimate champion Jesus Christ for salvation, redemption and new life in God alone.
I believe that other positive rappers like Lecrae, Trip Lee, Flame, Da Truth, Tedashii, KJ-52, Andy Mineo, Derek Minor, and british rap artists, 29th Chapter and Guvna B are some of the reasons I got into rap music because a few years ago I didn't like this kind of music but now I think rap music is absolutely fantastic and inspiring.
I believe these top Quality artists inspired me to believe that rap music can and should be used to bring glory and pleasure to God and promote salvation and redemption and rebuild communities to God's glory. I would like to encourage you to check out these positive Rap Artists and go on,
www.rapzilla.com.
To let you know, Thi'sl, Flame, Tedashii and Da Truth are releasing some new stuff this year.

OC Supertones: Loud And Clear.

This is one of the OC Supertones strongest albums they have made and will be enjoyed by those who are into Ska Punk Music with a bit of Reggae. If you like UB40, The Specials, Madness, and Guitar Bands like The Clash and The Jam, this album is totally recommended. I think The Supertones are a fantastic band and they know how to create awesome music but with an evangelistic heart.
They have a strong passion for God and they have a heart for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in a non religious and culturally relevant manner.
The message of this album is NO COMPROMISE and I believe it will challenge other Christians
to stand up for God and take part in bringing revival to this broken world.
It is time for a revolution and a time for the Church Of God to wake up.

Papa San: Higher Heights

This is in my opinion one of Papa San's strongest and most captivating album jam packed with catchy Gospel Reggae and Dancehall songs that I believe you will enjoy If you are into modern Reggae music. Like I said before, I was brought up on UB40 and Aswad when I was little. I also listened to Bob Marley, Bitty Maclean, Desmond Dekker, and some other Reggae Artists. I believe Reggae Music is in my musical bloodstream and It has been downloaded into me since I was a kid.
I have an Aunty who live in Barry, South Wales and she's a massive UB40 fan and she loves Reggae Music. Some of my other family members who live in Wales listened to Reggae and Ska music especially Madness and Two Tone Ska Band ''The Specials''.
I believe some of my family members from Barry will be impressed with this album. It is one of Papa San's best albums and It is done in a modern Reggae, Dancehall Style that will get some Reggae listeners dancing to the beat.
One of the songs on this album is featuring one of the most talented, diverse, and culturally relevant Christian Artists Tobymac. The song is called ''Fasure'' and it is the opening song on this album.
Tobymac's music styles range from Rock, Pop, Techno, Funk, Reggae and Soul and he is worth supporting if you are looking for Christian Entertainment that is totally out of the religious box. His lyrics are very positive and inspiring and will encourage you to get to know God in a fresh way.
Tobymac strongly promotes racial diversity and will inspire those who wants to see racism and prejudice come to a complete end. Other Recommended songs, ''Stand'' ''Disaster'' ''Let It Burn''
and ''Ina The Ghettio'' which is featuring Gospel Hip Hop Artist Canton Jones, Another recommended Artist. This album also contains a bonus track ''Africans Unite''.
Here are some albums I would like to recommend If you are looking for out of the box Christian Entertainment.

Canton Jones: Dominionaire. (Quality Album)
Tobymac: Welcome To Diverse City. (10/10 Classic)
Christafari: No Compromise. (Classic Gospel Reggae)
Papa San: God and I. (Amazing Gospel Reggae album with catchy songs)
I would like to Recommend this song as a bonus, and the Artist I am going to recommend to you used to be the lead singer in Popular Reggae Band UB40.
Ali Campbell, Featuring Danny K and Soweto Gospel Choir: Visions.
