Rend Collective: As Family We Go

Release Date: August 21st 2015.
Record Label: Capitol Records.
Music Style: Indie/Folk/Pop/Rock.

We are now on Rend Collectives 4th full length album ''As Family We Go'' and yes they are getting even better through every album they make. Now about Rend Collective, they are a community band that are pioneering fresh direction in Praise and Worship music and they have written a good few songs that are being sung in modern churches. Their well known songs are ''Build Your Kingdom Here'', ''My Lighthouse'', and ''Praise Like Fireworks''. These are some of the songs they have written and past and now they have come backs with some fresh new songs.

The party starts on the first 3 tracks ''Celebrate'', ''Free As A Bird'' and ''You Will Never Run''. They are both awesome songs that energize and get you dancing big time. If you have listened to their previous albums, you will realise that they are always willing to try something new and level up in their musical delivery. ''Celebrate'' is more than likely to start a heavenly party since it is such a vibrant song and ''Free Like A Bird'' is more souring and quite gigantic. ''You Will Never Run'' is quite different stylistically for Rend Collective and quite unconventional in the world of Worship Music. I really like the fact that their music is quite colourful and is a strong reflection that they are about family and community. We cannot categorize them in a box because they are so colourful with their blend of Folk, Indie/Rock and Pop. They go in a more Gospel/Soul direction on ''Your Royal Blood'', and it is quite an uplifting song that revisits an old hymn about the fact that nothing can save us apart from the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed at Calvary. ''Every Giant Will Fall'' is a bit of a grower as it will grow on you the more you listen to it. It is a fantastic song which is lyrically faith building.  The closing track ''The Artist'' goes into Indie/Rock territory and again it is stylistically different for the likes of Rend Collective. I quite like the chorus which talks about Jesus making all thing bright and beautiful, wild and colourful. Jesus is the one true artist since he is the most creative being in the whole universe.

As a whole, ''As Family Will Go'' is a very adventurous album that you can listen to on your journey and it is a very exciting record. The musicianship is excellent and the vocals are quite powerful and soaring. Yes, their are some mellow moments but I believe this whole album will go down as a masterpiece.

Tobymac: This Is Not A Test.

Year Of Release: 2015.
Music Styles. Electronic/Pop/R&B/Hip Hop/Soul/Funk.

Tobymac seems to freshen up quite a lot since ''This Is Not A Test'' is his 6th full length studio album as a solo artist and his creative energy is still going strong. There is no trace of burning out from the likes of Tobymac since he has been in the CCM scene for such a long time. I believe God has blessed him in such a massive way and that a lot of young people are being impacted in such an enormous way through the likes of Tobymac.

''This Is Not A Test'' is one of his strongest albums in his songwriting career and there is so much adrenaline going on. This album is so incredible from beginning to end and the more i listen to it, it grows on me and the album becomes more epic and exciting. The opening track ''Like A Match'' will set the whole course on fire and will inspire us to turn up the love and strike it up like a match. It is such a fun and inspiring track. ''Backseat Driver'' is about letting go and letting God take control of our lives since he has a plan for us that will blow our minds. Musically, it is a bit different and it has a blend of Funk and Hip Hop with a little bit of Reggae in the middle.. ''This Is Not A Test'', is so full of adrenaline and will totally energise you big time. This song reminds us that we have got one chance in life to make a positive difference in life. I like that particular track quite a lot.
''Lights Shine Bright'' has a strong Hip Hop vibe and i believe it is the sort of song that inspires artists that make music that inspires people around the globe and shines God's light that illuminates the whole atmosphere.
''Til The Day I Die'' is quite innovative and more power pumping and it is real evidence that Tobymac is so committed and more focus on making music that inspires people and lifting God's banner high regardless of all misconceptions.
''Feel It'' is a very funkified song that ought to be played in nightclubs. It will get you on the dancefloor in no time. It is featuring Byron Mr Talkbox Chambers and he is ever so diverse and innovative. His record ''My Time'' is absolutely brilliant.
Tobymac reunites with DC Talk, one of the trailblazers in the CCM scene on the song ''Love Feels Like'' and it is a very epic song. It is one of the strongest and most boldest songs on this album.
Tobymac used to be in DC Talk in the 90's and they pioneered a fresh direction and brought a colourful and eclectic blend of Hip Hop,Pop,Rock and Soul into the Christian Music scene. If it wasn't for the like of DC Talk and some other CCM pioneers, Christian Music would have been even more stigmatised and more boring than ever.

''This Is Not A Test'' is a very energising album and listening to it will be like drinking lucozade. This is proof that Tobymac will always make innovative music and yes he is still going strong.

Sufjan Stevens: The Age Of Adz.

Release Date: October 11th 2010.
Music Style. Indie/Electronica/Folk/Experimental.
Record Label. Asthmatic Kitty Records.
Nationality: America.
The Age Of Adz has 11 tracks.

Sufjan Steven is flat out independant in his music and his creative freedom is evident on this particular record. He is one of the most creative and expansive artist and he definately sits well in my music collection.
Now the first time i have heard the name Sufjan Stevens was through a Snow Patrol song ''Hands Open'' and it says in the first line on the last verse, Put Sufjan Stevens on and we'll play your favorite song. Ha ha ha. ''Hands Open'' is on the Snow Patrol album ''Eyes Open'', and it come out in 2006.
Before i bought ''The Age Of Adz'', I listened to a Sufjan Stevens album called ''Illinois'' on Xbox Music on the internet and i managed to listen to most of it. I was so impressed with the fact that Sufjan Stevens is very imaginative and his music is different territory compared to what you usually listen to.
If you like Radiohead: Kid A and Athlete: Vehicles and Animals, The Age of Adz is highly recommended and it is a mindblowingly expansive and experimental album. It sounds like this album was quite difficult to make and it must have taken a long time to complete since this record is very detailed and there is so much going on. Now, as a music reviewer and an individual, I quite like a lot of quirky music that breaks the traditional mainstream music barriers and i'm willing to experiment and listen to quite a lot more independant music that is more interesting musically.

The Age of Adz starts of on a mellow and melodic note on the opening track ''Futile Devices'' and it won't be long until it explodes into an electronic extravaganza which will arrive like space invaders on the 2nd track ''Too Much'' with its retro futuristic and animated computer gamey experimentation and it will take you on a rollercoster ride. Make sure you fasten your seat belt.
The Title track is a bit more dramatic, exciting and relaxing at the same time and it goes on for a long time and it focuses on eternity. It is a very epic song.
''Now I Am Older'' is a wee bit atmospheric and a bit more soothing. You can actually have a rest when this song comes on.
''Get Real Get Right'', is a very apocalyptic song that challenges us to get right with God. We must be ready at all times since we do not know when Jesus will come back. Musically, it sounds like it comes from the future and it has a very spacey and cartoony feel. What an awesome song.
''Vesuvius'' continues the wildly imaginative electronica and it is very otherworldly. It will take you into a very futuristic realm. I think it is a fantastic song.
The closing track ''Impossible Soul'' is the longest track and it is the most experimental track on this record. It truly shows that Sufjan Stevens is always willing to exlore and discover new territories along the way. Sufjan Stevens Christian faith is evident on The Age Of Adz and i pray this record will inspire you to live in light of eternity since God's kingdom is coming soon.

You know what, i really really like this album so much and it is soooo mega awesome. It truly satisfies my thirst for independant music that is experimental and i like listening to music that is futuristic. What will this world be like if all the music artists had a lot more creative freedom. This world would be way more colourful and exciting than it is now.

Other Recommended albums.
Athlete: Vehicles And Animals.
Radiohead: Kid A.
David Crowder Band: A Collision.
Gruff Rhys: American Interior.

Grits: Dichotomy B.

Grits are an incredibly exciting Rap Duo who are on Gotee Record, a label that promote cultural and racial diversity in music and this record is literally incredible. I like this record quite a lot and i am so pleased to review it. This record was released in 2004 along with Dichotomy A and i believe this album is a continuation of Dichotomy A.  Dichotomy B is awesome from start to finish and it is a musically colourful record. ''If I'' is quite futuristic with a video gamey feel. ''We Don't Play'' blends in Calypso, Rock and Hip Hop and it does it really well. It is featuring Manchild who is a rapper in Mars Hill and Deepspace 5. They are recommended if you like Underground Rap and Hip Hop.
''Saved Soul'' and ''U Want It are both musically different and creative. I quite like Underground Hip Hop music since a lot of it is interesting and most of it done by Christians is totally upbeat and distinctive and it doesn't conform to the Hip Hop norms. I totally recommend the Hip Hope Hits CD's. They are jam packed with so many awesome and  exciting underground Hip Hop music that can pump up the video gaming arcades. Don't miss out on them cos they are super amazing.
When you read this review, may i remind you that there is a lot more music out there if you dig deeper. I believe this Praise Illuminator Music Review Blog will inspire you to in your journey of digging deeper.

I am so proud of my faith in God since he is the only reason why i have more purpose in my life. God can make your life a lot more interesting if you give him a chance to change you from the inside. God is brilliant at changing peoples hearts.

I bought the Grits album ''Dichotomy B'' at the Big Church Day Out in 2014 and when i first heard the whole album i thought it was amazing. I like the fact that it is musically eclectic and that it doesn't attempt to sound like the other stuff we usually end up hearing. I bought a few underground Rap albums from the Big Church Day Out and they are stunning, believe me, i know what i am talking about. Here they are and they are recommended.

Braille: Box Of Rhymes.
4th Avenue Jones: Stereo The Evolution of Hip Rock Soul.
LA Symphony: Disappear Here.
29th Chapter: Supernova.
Lecrae: Rehab: The Overdose.

Paul Weller: Saturns Pattern.

This album came out in 18th May 2015.
Music Styles. Electronica, Psychedelia, Rock, Jazz, Funk.
Saturns Pattern is an amazing and adventurous follow up to the futuristic ''Sonik Kicks'' album and Paul Weller definitely goes up to the next level creatively. ''22 Dreams'' and ''Wake Up The Nations'' took Paul Weller in a more experimental direction and ''Sonik Kicks'' is completely dazzling and exciting. This new record ''Saturns Pattern'' continues Paul Wellers unbridled creativity and it paid off. It is ever so fantastic from start to finish. This record contains nine tracks and they are all awesome.

This album is quite different since Paul Weller has resisted the urge to repeat his past albums. Saturns Pattern is proof that Paul Wellers creative fires is still burning brighter than ever and the songs are ever so incredible. This record opens up with an inventive Electro Psychedelic Rock song ''White Sky'' and the positively uplifting title track ''Saturns Pattern''. ''Long Time'' is quite a short track that will rock the house. it is featuring Josh McClorey on the guitar and he is an unbelievable guitarist from ''The Strypes'' and they are an incredible band.

This album is a perfect resource for new bands since i have a strong passion for creative excellence and i would like to see future band take creativity to a higher level.

V Rose: Forever After

Release Date: May 20th 2014.
Music Style: Electronic/Pop/Hip Hop/Techno.
Record Label: Clear Sight Music.

I am going to do a review of one of the most talented female pop artists who not only does good quality pop music that is well up to date, she truly stands out lyrically and she is truly positive through and through. This album review and this whole music review blog is proof that there is so much more artists out there that haven't been explored yet, so you cannot rely on what is in the charts.
One listen to this CD and you will gain a brand new perspective and you will be inspired in a whole new way. ''Forever After'' is a very positive and glowing record while at the same time genuine.
This album features collaborations with the likes of Flame, Shonlock, Da Truth and KJ-52, and they are amazing artists. They are well worth checking out if you are looking for modern music that is musically excellent and lyrically positive and faith filled.

Musically, this record is so vibrant and in no time you will be dancing and having a party. V Rose is a very talented artist and a positive role model for the youngsters to follow. you can listen to V Rose on www.xbox.com/music.

Lyrically, this record will help us to see ourselves differently in a culture that puts way too much emphasis on fashion and image. The world is always, constantly telling us to look and act like other models that we see in magazines and it is ruining and poisoning the perception of so many young people.

This awesome V Rose album will inspire us to be true to who we are since God made us and he created us for his own glory and pleasure. You don't have to spend your life trying to be someone else when you can embrace the freedom to embrace your true colours and be you. Be the person God made you to be and live a life that causes people to see Jesus in you since it is Jesus Christ. that ultimately changes lives and brings us back to God. It is not about religion, it is totally about relationship and it is when you have a relationship with God, your life changes for the better and you will become a much better person that ever before.

Recommended albums.
Flame: The 6th.

Madness: Absolutely.

This album is a perfect tool for resourcing the creativity of future bands and artists.

Absolutely is the 2nd album by one of the most talented, innovative and most vibrant and exciting bands of all time and it is completely awesome from beginning to end. This album came out in 1980 and it is the follow up to their debut album One Step Beyond which was also fantastic as well.
Madness are one of the bands that have shaken off the musical mediocrity that has been plaguing popular chart music and have made music that is so out of the ordinary.
Madness are a very diverse band and their music consists of Ska, Reggae, Pop, 60's style Rockabilly, Motown.
The singles ''Baggy Trousers'' and ''Embarrassment'' are on this record but don't stay settled on those two songs because they are tasters of what this record actually sounds like. ''Absolutely'' is a very adventurous and eclectic album that will take you on a rollercoaster ride of your life. This is real evidence that Madness are truly a multi talented and eclectic band and yes, they evolved and devoloped throughout their journey and thankfully Madness are still going strong.
If you just stick to listening to their popular and well known single, you will miss out big time on the adventure of listening to their full albums. Do you want to go much deeper, you can get some of the remastered versions of some of the Madness records and you will be able to hear the original albums and also the B sides and different mixes. Their B sides are ever so incredible and it shows that Madness have taken some musical risks and have gone into more adventurous waters. The 2nd disc on the remastered version of ''Absolutely'' is Madness live in concert.

As you know, ''Absolutely'' is the 2nd Madness album, and personally i don't believe in the difficult second album syndrome. The problem is the major record industries compare the 2nd albums with the success of the debut albums and it bothers me because i am well interested in seeing bands and artists evolve and develop their music. So many 2nd albums are seriously underrated and i find that ever so disturbing. Bands have got to grow and develop whether people like it or not and it is no good playing it safe and going the easy way. It takes a lot of hard work and determination to really make music and it is not easy.
The fact is when you make a new album, you cannot repeat the albums you did previously and go through the motions. When you make a new album, you you got to move to the next level, you can't stay on level 1 time and time again and sound the same. You must be willing to grow as an artist and record even better songs. The difficult second album syndrome is a lie and you must never let it hinder and stifle your creativity. I have had enough of record companies contributing to the status quo when artists need a lot more freedom to be creative and explore different territories. There have been a lot of bands and artists who have taken a lot of risks and have defied the music norms and these are the bands and artists that have made music so much better and have paved the way for future music makers.

UB40: Tyler.

Hello again, i am going to do a one song review once again and the UB40 song ''Tyler'' is one the first album ''Signing Off'' which came out in the year 1980. I was brought up on UB40 when i was little and thankfully, i still like their music.

''Tyler'' is a song that talks about an African American man whose name is Gary Tyler and he was falsely accused of the murder of a white boy by racist white judges. The corrupt authorities wrongly accused him based on his racial background
The murder happened on a school bus that was filled with African American high school students, and this took place in Louisiana, America during an attack by a racist white mob. Gary Tyler was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit and he was innocent. The UB40 song ''Tyler'' explains that Gary Tyler has been imprisoned for 5 years and the authorities won't let him go. This is total injustice and i think the trial was so unfair and it seems to me like there is quite a lot of racism going on. I hate racial prejudice so much and i totally believe Gary Tyler should go free.

If you would like to know more about Gary Tyler, You can go on google and look up ''Free Gary Tyler'' for more information since i cannot explain it very well. I can only do the best i can on this blog and i pray that God will use this special review in a powerful way to contribute to Gary Tyler's freedom. Can i encourage you to pray that Gary Tyler will be released from false imprisonment cos this cannot go on. This has gone on for too long and it should stop right now. Gary Tyler is a very innocent man so please pray for him.
May God bless you all.

This one song review can be used for Christian purposes.

Mutemath: Odd Soul.

I had to listen to this album a good few times since i might find it a wee bit difficult to review and this album is quite experimental and it is quite different to what people usually listen to. Mutemath are ever such a creative band who take quite a lot of risks and dare to create music that is completely out of the ordinary and new territorial. I quite like experimental music since my musical taste is all over the place and i love listening to music that is of a different dimension. I cannot stand staying on music that is normal and predictable since it gets way too boring. Just because everybody is listening to something doesn't mean i will listen to it. There is a lot more music out there and i have a strong interest in exploring different territories. No matter what i listen to, i am not staying on the same thing over and over again, end of story. If you are well interested in listening to music that you have never heard before and you are bursting to break out of the typical box. This album is highly recommended. I totally enjoy stepping out and hearing something different since i am searching for new and innovative vibes.
This album explores musical elements including Electronica, Blues, Classic Rock, Psychedelia and Funk while at the same time it is original and innovative. I am ever so pleased with the fact that there are a lot of bands that are pushing their music to a whole new level. We need a lot more innovative bands that are willing to buck the mainstream music trends. If you are looking to buy this record you can order it online. Or you can listen to it on either spotify or xbox music if you would like to know what it sounds like.

Lightning Seeds: Pure.

Year of release: 1996.
Music Style: Indie/Britpop.
The Lightning Seeds are based in Liverpool.
Other Indie bands from Liverpool: The Farm, Cast, Space, The Coral, The Zutons.

I was brought up on the Lightning Seeds when i was little and i like them quite a lot. Their music means quite a lot to me and i believe their music will stay with me for years to come. I recently brought this CD from the Record and CD Fair which opens once every so often and i'm so glad i did since there are so many amazing and super inspiring songs on this record. The songs on this particular record are taken from the first 2 albums ''Cloudcuckooland'' and ''Sense'' and they are all amazing and musically diverse. All the songs on this record have been independantly written and produced by the lead singer Ian Broudie since he is a very talented songwriter who knows how to write songs that are uplifting and positive. The Lightning Seeds are not Christians but they have still made some songs that are lyrically positive. Musically this album is diverse and exciting and it will either light a smile on your face or get you on your feet to dance around the room in excitement. It will also take you on a rollercoaster ride and take you to places you have never been before.
Ian Broudie tends to explore quite a lot in his music and he always tries something different on each album he records and that is what speaks volumes into my life. I am hoping that ''The Life Of Riley'' will play in the Theme Parks and inspire others to fasten their seatbelts and go for an awesome ride.
The song deserves to be played blasting loud.

I like it when bands actually create their own music that is original and ahead of its time and are not letting the passing fads get the better of them. The Lightning Seeds are one of those bands that are truly making their own music and it paid off. We really need a lot more new bands and artists that are willing to say no to fashion and fame and be willing to make music that has never been created before.

There are a lot more sounds and vibes that haven't been explored yet but they are still lurking somewhere. Sometimes we need to dig into the underground in order to find music that we never knew existed. If you are about to start making music and writing some brand new songs, can i encourage you to dig deeper and keep on exploring. You need to start unlocking the creative spark that is in you and inspire others to do the same as well. Don't concern yourself with what is popular and in fashion since popular music is getting way too over repetitive. I am getting bored of what is in the charts to the point that i really want to escape from it. I want to keep on exploring different musical territories and i would like to inspire other people to discover music that is way beyond the typical.

This album will inspire you to unlock the creative spark and and it will take you on an exciting journey of exploration. It is so exciting and you will be totally surprised at what you will find.
Are you ready for the ride of your life, this CD is recommended.

ALL THIS WORLD IS A CRAZY RIDE, SO TAKE YOUR SEATS AND HOLD ON TIGHT.

Recommended Songs.

Ocean Colour Scene: Moseley Shoals.

Release Date: April 8th 1996.
Influences: The Kinks, Small Faces, The Beatles, Paul Weller.

This album is a perfect resource for raising up future Bands and Artists. Producers as well.
If you are a Christian and you are going to be making some good quality music in the future, this review is for you.

The Band Members. Simon Fowler: Lead Vocals. Steve Cradock: Lead Guitars, Background Vocals.
Oscar Harrison: Drums, Damon Minchella: Bass Guitars.

I am going to review this album as a massive fan of Indie/Britpop and a highly dedicated music listener and Moseley Shoals is one of the most amazing albums that you will hear in that era. This album is well crafted and the sound is at a very high quality which is what we really need in music. If you want to create an amazing record that is ahead of its time and that stands out, it takes quite a lot of focus and a lot of patience since songwriting is very hard and you obviously need the right team of individuals you will support you in the album making process. I have listened to Moseley Shoals so many times and it still sounds just as fresh as it was back then and let me tell you, there is so much talent going on in this recording. The vocals are powerful and soaring, quite a lot of emotion going on. The guitar riffs are so off the chart and so incredible. The drumming is very skillful and has quite a lot of rhythm and the Bass guitaring is just as amazing as well.
The producer of this album is Brendan Lynch and he is an absolute genius at producing awesome and explosive sound effects and making the music sound so awesome.
Brendon Lynch has also worked with Paul Weller as well and has done a good few lynch mob productions. You will hear some lynch mob productions on this record, especially on the spine shivering closing track ''Get Away''. The song starts of quiet and later on it goes in a different dimension and it kicks off to a very explosive ride of your life.
Moseley Shoals opens up with a classic britpop track ''The Riverboat Song'', with its catchy guitar riffs and awesome singing. I think the whole thing is incredible. I quite like the high quality sound effects as well.

Ocean Colour Scene have pushed the creative boundaries and taken some musical risks on this record and they have put so much effort on the 12 songs. Without the production genius of brendan Lynch, Moseley Shoals wouldn't have as explosive and mindblowing as it is. The album is just so adventurous and so stunning that i am never going to stop enjoying this album.
Moseley Shoals is one of my favorite albums of all times and i will hopefully keep on listening to this record for years to come. There are loads of other albums and other music that i like and i will keep on exploring but at the end of the day, I will always enjoy this album for what it is.
The reason i am reviewing this album is to help new bands and artists be more creative in their music.

If you are a Christian, that is a follower of Jesus and you are interested in making music, you can always post your comments to let me know if you are either forming a band or becoming a Singer Songwriter. You can always let me know what sort of bands and artists influence and inspire you to make some good quality music and be more original in your creativity. You can always let me know if you are performing in Pubs and Clubs and how you are making music to bring hope to people and restore communities. I am interested to hear about it.

If you are a big fan of Britpop/Indie music, Here are so other recommended albums that will inspire you in your creativity.

The Lightning Seeds: Dizzy Heights.
Paul Weller: Stanley Road.
Cast: All Change.
Blur: Parklife.

Mat Kearney: Just Kids.

Release Date: 24th Febuary 2015.
Music Style: Electro Pop/Hip Hop

This is the 2nd time i am reviewing a Mat Kearney album and it is just another quality album from an artist who can both sing and rap. Talk about being versatile and multi talented and yes it is a compliment. This album is completely fresh and different from what he has done before and he really knows how to try something different on each of his recordings.
Now about Mat Kearney, he is a Christian and his music has got a lot of attention in both the Contemporary Christian Music world and the American Mainstream Music world and his songs deal with issues going on in everyday life. Mat Kearney writes and sings from the heart and his recordings are purely genuine and real. ''Just Kids'' is example of this and that album is pure genius.
Musically it is fresh and up to date while at the same time original and it is not a carbon copy of   albums that are in the charts. Mat Kearney is such an amazing artist and i am very chuffed about this album. It is just so brilliant and it will grow on you the more you listen to it.
Recommended songs.

Mike Farris: Shine For All The People.

I am ever so excited about reviewing another album by such a multi talented artist who's music is consisting of Rhythm and Blues, Retro Soul and Gospel and he does it really well. This album is amazing from start to finish and it is well crafted with so many awesome arrangements that are bright and colourful. Mike Farris has a very soulful voice that will amaze you if you are into the likes of Al Green, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Sam and Dave, etc. Some of those musical influences are evident on this record and also you will hear some Rhythm and Blues, and Gospel as well and they are all freshened up for your listening enjoyment. I think Mick Hucknall from Simply Red will be impressed with this record since it is very soulful and bluesy, and also quite vibey as well.

This album contains 10 songs and the CD lasts for over 40 minutes, and yes this CD came out in September 2014.
This album contains some traditional Gospel and Spiritual songs and some new ones as well and they are all brilliant and very well performed. Mike Farris's Christian faith is evident on this record and this album sounds like it should be played in Pub's, especially on the Jukebox.
I believe this album will inspire you to shine God's bright light for all the people that we come across and that we will broaden our perspective concerning worship.
Mike Farris is one of the people that is worshipping God from the heart and he is doing the kind of music he is really good at and is programmed to do.
Always remember, i am reviewing different albums by so many various artists so to give you lots of good choices of what you might enjoy. That's all i have got to say. May God bless you.

Kings Kaleidoscope

I have quite a lot of positive and amazing things to say about Kings Kaleidoscope since it is about time they came on the scene. To every person reading this blog who enjoyed listening to their mega awesome album ''Becoming Who We Are'' and were inspired in a very positive way. I totally appreciate all of you since it encourages me to continue reviewing more music. I pray that God uses this blog in an awesome way to impact a lot more people and ultimately help people get to know God through his son Jesus Christ. Without God's help, i wouldn't have been able to review any music whatsoever since he downloaded a music passion into my system and i would like to use it to be a blessing to others. All i have to do is review all sorts of different music and i will leave the rest to God since he will take care of the rest. To everybody that is reading this blog and are being positively impacted and are coming to know Jesus Christ as personal saviour, I am ever so excited about meeting up with you in Heaven. God bless you all.

I like Kings Kaleidoscope quite a lot and ''Becoming Who We Are'' is one of my most favorite albums of all times since it is so musically colourful and kaleidoscopic. Their music paints a very small glimpse of heaven since the sounds are ever so destinctive and new dimensional and you cannot box them into one genre cos there is so much talent going on in the whole record.
I do believe Kings Kaleidoscope are going to pave the way for more originality in praise and worship music. They are the next band since the David Crowder Band to push the creative boundaries in praise and worship. I hope and pray that new doors will open for a lot more boundary pushing and adventurous creativity in worship music and that the trail will be blazed for more future generations to connect with God. There is a lot more creativity out there than you think and you've got to dig deeper to find it. God's Kingdom is bursting with so much multi and hyper explosive creativity that hasn't been explored yet. If you are going to be creating some new worship music that connects people of all kinds to God, you must use the voice that God gave you and create your own music. Forget about copying other worship leaders because i have had enough of worship music repeating itself time and time again. If you are bursting to create worship music that is fresh and brand new, i pray that God will open up new doors for you and that he will bring you to a place where you can be freely creative without being pressurised to conform to conventional standards that are going to eventually lose quite a lot of spark if it keeps on sounding the same. I hope and pray that God will give you quite a lot of support because you cannot make it on your own. You need someone who genuinely cares about you and sees the best in you and i pray that your creative spark will be set free.
We need to work together and live in harmony with each other despite our differences because time is running out and we haven't got long in this passing world. God's Heavenly Kingdom is coming soon and things are going to be totally amazing for those who have Jesus Christ in their hearts.

Finally to Kings Kaleidoscope, i am one of the many individuals who have been impacted by your music and i am so excited about meeting up with you in Heaven and hopefully if God allows, i will see you before then. You have cheered me up without knowing and i am ever so proud of you.
Keep on making more music.
To God be the highest glory now and forevermore. God bless you all.

The Style Council: Greatest Hits.

Year Of Release: 2000.
Music Style: Jazz/funk/R&B/Soul.

This review is for Christians who are going to be either making or producing music in the future depending on their musical tastes and what music they want to create.

I am going to review a compilation which i have never reviewed before and i will review this album from the heart. The Style Council: Greatest Hits is jam packed with some of the most vibey music you will ever hear. If you have been listening to The Style Council for a very long time, then you will know most of the songs that are on this compilation disc. I was brought up on The Style Council when i was a very tiny infant and i was at nursery at the time.
I will do the very best i can to review this CD and i pray that God will take care of the rest.

As you know, Paul Weller formed The Style Council after he split up The Jam and he started to move well away from the Rock and Roll/ Punk direction. As a result, Paul Weller started to experiment different musical styles and he was well interested in underground funk and American Northern Soul/R&B.
The reason Paul Weller decided to leave The Jam was because he wasn't interested in fame and he didn't want to be idolised in the first place. I am hoping to review a couple of albums by The Jam in the future to get the message across that Paul Weller didn't want to re hash his previous albums and do the same thing over and over again. In fact, he always wanted to do something different with every new album he record. This interest in American Soul and underground funk was reflected on The Jams final record ''The Gift'' and one of the well known singles on ''The Gift'' is ''Town Called Malice'', a Tamla Motown influenced song which borrows a bass line element from ''You Can't Hurry Love'' by Diana Ross and The Supremes.

The Style Council have written some songs that deeply addressed some social and political issues at the time and it was the era when Margaret Thatcher came to power and that is dating back to the 80's. You can buy this CD that i am reviewing and you can read the CD booklet to know a lot more about the message that The Style Council is conveying concerning political and social issues.
There is also quite a lot of racism going on in this globe and i totally hate it so much. I have made up my mind to be culturally diverse in the music i listen to because i don't want to represent the culture i live in. I want to stand out from the crowd even if it leads me towards listening to artists that are in the underground music scene. The only culture i like to represent is the heavenly culture and i am pleased to be a diverse citizen, end of story.

In the past, i reviewed ''Welcome To Diverse City'' by Tobymac and it is a musically diverse and exciting record. I quite like Tobymac and he is such a multi talented legend and a full on inspiration.
Check out Tobymac and the Diverse City Band, and you will be glad you did. Tobymac's music is a blend of Pop/Rock/Funk/Soul/Reggae/R&B/Urban/Hip Hop and Techno. A highly recommended artist who is in the CCM scene.

If you are sick and tired of racial and cultural division, I recommend ''Walls Come Tumbin Down'', one of the most awesome songs that is on this Style Council compilation and it is also on the album ''Our Favorite Shop''. I will hopefully review that particular album someday in the future.
''Life At A Top Peoples Health Farm'' and ''How She Threw It All Away'' are proof positive that Paul Weller didn't want to mimic and represent the Pop Culture at the time. These 2 songs are on the album called ''Confessions Of A Pop Group. Other Well known songs include ''You're The Best Thing'', ''Long Hot Summer'', ''My Ever Changing Moods'' and ''Shout To The Top''.

''Solid Bond In Your Heart'' will get you dancing in no time since it is one of the songs i really like alongside some of the others that are on this CD. ''Big Boss Groove'', is a very funky song that is deeply influenced by the underground funk scene. ''Speak Like A Child'', is a very distinctive song with a jazzy vibe and it is another song that i quite like. I quite like the sound effects on that particular track.
This Greatest Hits compilation finishes with a very positive and upbeat track ''Promised Land''.

If you are a Christian reading this review and you are either making music or you are going to make music in the future, i need to let you know on this blog that you cannot shy away from topics that deal with issues that are going on in the culture that we live in. We need to address the core part of why the world is as it is because this culture is in a very serious condition.
With that being said, I pray this CD will inspire you to create music that is original and out of the box
and write lyrics that deal with social issues of the times we are living in from God's point of view.
May God Bless You.

Style Council: Confessions Of A Pop Group.

Year Of Release: 20th June 1988.
Music Style: Jazz/Pop/R&B/Soul/Classical.

This album is dedicated to The Style Council fans who thought Confessions Of A Pop Group was a real gem. Confessions Of A Pop Group is a musically diverse record and it is divided into 2 parts,
The Piano Paintings and Confessions Of A Pop Group.

The Piano Paintings consists of 5 tracks and it blends in some grand arrangements of Jazz and Classical music, the second track is done in acapella at it is very distinctive.
The other half of the album which is Confessions Of A Pop Group contains elements of innovative Pop, R&B and soul and there are six tracks. This whole album has a total of 11 tracks, some of them go on for a long time. track 5 is a three piece suite and it lasts for 10 minutes. The closing track with is a title track goes on for 9 minutes and it is one of my favorite songs on this record.

I listened to this album when i was very little and it was about the time when i was at nursery so it takes me well back to that time period. My Dad had this album on vinyl record.

The lead vocalist is Paul Weller who also used to be in The Jam and he is one of the best songwriters of all times. he sets an awesome example for artists who are willing to go against the popular music trends and create original music.

This is an original album and i believe this is the best record and most well crafted record by The Style Council and is one of the most misunderstood records in music history. I totally disagree with the negative reviews that this album has received in the time of it's release and i felt the reviews were so demeaning and unfair. Music artists should have the rights to be freely creative since music should be bringing colour to this globe and bring people together.
The music industry has put in a very unfair standard concerning selling a million copies and sticking to the formula that is working and it really should end right now. I believe this album i am reviewing will play a part in expanding your musical horizons if you are willing to go beyond what is popular.
When you listen to The Style Council: Confessions Of A Pop Group, don't just listen to a couple of tracks, play the whole album from start to finish and don't skip anything. you have got to give it chance to grow on you.

The Singles on this record are ''Life At A Top Peoples Health Farm'', and ''How She Threw It All Away''. and they are amazing tracks that will play a part in broadening your musical tastes and will inspire you to move past the plastic fabrication in the Pop music culture.

My favorite song on this album is the title track and it is musically innovative and exciting.
It exposes the popular music culture of the time and it will challenge you to be true to who you are rather than what you are not.

I pray this album will be used in a powerful way to challenge music artists and music listeners to step out of their comfort zones and take a chance on music and art that is more adventurous and risky, and don't fall for music that sounds the same all the time. May God bless you.

You can listen to The Style Council: Confessions Of A Pop Group on www.xbox.com/music.

Imagine Dragons: Night Visions.

Release Date: September 4th 2012.
Music Styles: Electronic/Indie Rock/Folk.
Musical Influences:Arcade Fire, Muse, Nirvana, The Beatles, Paul Simon, Mumford and Sons.
Imagine Dragons are based in Las Vegas, USA

This Secular Music review is for Christians who are going to make some incredible music in the future.

Imagine Dragons are one of the most musically creative bands that are not at all content with the status quo and the album ''Night Visions'' is a real example of this. this album is a lot more interesting musically than most of the current music that is in the charts. Imagine Dragons have taken some risks and the 13 songs on this record sound distinct from one another and they don't sound too samey and repetitive. This record is quite adventurous and the high quality is completely amazing from start to finish. The Electronic influences are evident on the popular single ''Radioactive'', and ''the 2nd track ''Tiptoe''.and the most explosive and innovative  closing track ''Working Man''. ''On Top Of The World'' has a very singalong feel and the music is quite jolly and folky. ''Amsterdam'' is a hair tingling rock song with a powerful chorus that is meant for stadiums and arenas.
As a bonus, I would like to recommend Arcade Fire's recent album ''Reflektor''. It is a very creative and uniquely original album. Another resource for future bands and artists.
Imagine Dragons set a great example for bands to follow and this record is a perfect resource for future bands and artists, especially Christians who are going to be making music in the future depending on what music they want to create.

We need to be raising up a lot more bands and artists in Great Britain and they got to be musically trained if they are going to create and Christians are not exempt from this.
We are running low on Christian Bands in Great Britain and this is serious. I will not tolerate uncreativity amongst Christians because the Church of God was meant to be the most creative force on this planet. If the music that Christians are creating are not as excellent and as High Quality as the Non Christian Bands and Artists and they are not pioneering something brand new and innovative, then something is wrong. Christians should give themselves a reality check if they continue to be embedded in their religious bubble. and Christians, if you truly want to make some new music and if you truly want to make an everlasting and eternal different in this modern generation, you need to be musically trained, and you also need a lot of accountability from spiritual mentors that will support you and help you grow spiritually. Make sure you are getting some musical inspirations that will challenge you to step into new musical territories and create something that is out of this world.
If you choose not to go to the next level musically, then you should stop songwriting until you are willing to make new music that doesn't sound the same, and for goodness sake, don't imitate other music makers.

I have been listening to music from an early age and i have heard so many different Bands and Artists of different cultures and backgrounds throughout the years. I have a very kaleidoscopic musical taste and i love experimenting different music both old and new. I will continue to hear out lots of different music and i will listen to different bands and artists according to the season i am in.
I refuse to listen to the same music and same artists over and over again and i will never stay in the same place. One of the bands i was listening to recently was The Cure and they have been going for years. The Cure are one of the most unique bands you will ever hear and and they are so amazing.
The lead singer Robert Smith has such an incredible and distinctive singing voice and the music is ever so incredible.

If you have never heard of The Cure before and you would like to hear their music, i recommend
The Cure: Greatest Hits. One of their songs i would like to recommend is ''Love Song'', it is the sort of song you can worship God with in your daily life, there are some good lyrics in that song.
This is another resource for future music makers.
If you are looking for another song you can worship God with, i recommend
Ian Brown: Love Like A Fountain, it is an album called ''Golden Greats'', a late 90's record. Ian Brown used to be the lead singer in the late 80's/early 90's Britpop/Madchester band called The Stone Roses and then he went solo. His solo stuff is incredible and he has experimented a different variety of sounds and styles over the years including, Acid House, Techno, Psychodelic/Indie Rock, Dance, Funk, Hip Hop and some other music styles as well. Ian Brown is an original artist and i have a lot of respect for him. I have listened to Ian Brown in the past and i am listening to him again.
We need a lot more original artists who are not content with what is popular in the charts.

Most important of all, i have a very strong faith in Jesus Christ and my true identity is found in God alone for i am a child of God.
God is the true source of everything that is creative so let us use our God given gifts and talents to bring hope to the communities across the whole globe and bring more people into God's Heavenly Kingdom. Be creative and be willing the clear the whole world of stagnation and apathy.
To God be the highest glory now and forevermore.

Thousand Foot Krutch: The End Is Where We Begin.

Release Date: April 17th 2012.
This album is an independant release.
Music Styles: Hardcore Rap/Rock.

Thousand Foot Krutch are one of the most super talented Rock bands who blend in elements of Hardcore Rap and Heavy Rock and i believe a lot of Nu Metal fan will like this album. In the past, i used to listen to Linkin Park and the albums i used to have were ''Hybrid Theory'', ''Meteora'' and ''Minutes To Midnight''. I don't like Limp Bizkit at all but i prefer Linkin Park. Later on in my life, i started listening to POD and they are a Hardcore Rap/Metal Band who also blend in elements of Reggae and they are an awesome band. I reviewed a POD album ''Satellite'' a while ago and it is still on the blog.

Thousand Foot Krutch are part of the Contemparary Christian Music scene who signed up to Tooth And Nail Records in 2003 and Thousand Foot Krutch have been going since the mid 90's.
They are one of the bands who bravely and courageously took a huge risk in going beyond the religious boundaries and their music has a very strong Mainstream Rock sound. Bands like Thousand Foot Krutch should never be pigeonholed in the Religious Music category since their music is enough to penetrate this modern age. They are a true example of a band who goes beyond the religious four walls and reaches out to this modern generation who are getting sick and tired of religion.

This album ''The End Is Where We Begin'', is one of the much stronger and bolder efforts that i have heard from Thousand Foot Krutch'' and the Lead vocalist Trevor McNevan has a very strong and powerful voice that is enough to blow the whole roof off and set the place alight, metaphorically speaking. This album will encourage you and inspire you to make a positive change for the better and shine God's light into the whole atmosphere.

Here are some other bands that broke the conventional Christian Music boundaries and are making a very positive change in this modern culture for God's glory.

Switchfoot.
House Of Heroes.
POD.
Family Force 5.
Icon For Hire.
August Burns Red.
Skillet.
Anberlin.

Father God, please reward these bands for their faithful service to you in the midst of all the false misunderstandings and criticisms. Please break down the walls of religion and bring our hearts together as one.

This blog is for God to use as he wills, to bring hope to communities across the globe and smash the walls of lifelessness in the Churches. God is not religious at all, he is the true meaning of life and the source of all creativity.

The Strypes: Snapshot.

Hello i am back thanks to the help of a friend of mine who helped me out in posting the album cover of the Band i am now going to review. I am going to review this album with the intention of raising up some new and upcoming Bands and Artists in the UK. If you are a Christian, that is a person who has accepted Jesus Christ in his/her life and is following Jesus, and you interested in making some awesome music that people can enjoy listening to, this review is for you. If you prefer to stay in the Christian Music box, this review is not for you. I am going to do things differently on this blog because we are sold short of inspiration and this generation is ever so musically confined and won't broaden their musical horizons. If you are serious in creating music that is awesome and without the religious boundaries, and if you are willing to fully tap into the creative force that is sourced in God, then i would like to encourage you to get some musical inspirations from Non Christian Bands and Artists and please don't get so wrapped up in the Christian Music bubble. Don't get me wrong, i do like listening to Contemporary Christian bands, but some of them, not all of them are too afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and they are repeating the same formula over and over again.

The Strypes are a Rhythm and Blues band who are based in Cavan, Ireland and they are in their late teens. This album was released in September 9th 2013 and to let you know, this album is absolutely incredible and it will blow your socks of. ''Snapshots'' blends in elements of Rock and Roll and Rhythm and Blues but with a modern contemporary vibe.

I believe they are one of the best guitar bands since The Jam, and The Strypes are similar to the Arctic Monkeys, one of the most popular bands that they toured with.
The first time i have heard of The Strypes was when i was looking up Paul Weller on the internet and found out that he was supporting them.
My close friend who is part of the Rugby Youth For Christ and he is another friend of mine went to see Paul Weller in concert and The Strypes were supporting Paul Weller at the time. If you would like to know about their musical influences, you can go on www.google.com and you can look up The Strypes on go on Wikipedia.
I bought this awesome CD from HMV's in Coventry and i was ever so impressed when i heard this.

One of my favorite songs on this album is ''You Can't Judge A Book By The Cover'', and it is musically and lyrically fantastic and thought provoking. The song kind of reminds me of The Fratellis since it is such a fast paced Rock and Roll song with a very jolly and lively feel. and by the way I quite like The Fratellis, their music puts me in the right mood. Their recent album ''We Need Medicine'' is an incredible album. My favorite tracks on The Fratellis recent album are the title track and ''Until She Saves My Soul''.

Now back to The Strypes: Snapshot.
''Blue Collar Jane'' has a very Modish vibe and the intro remind me of a song by The Jam called London Traffic which is on the album ''This Is The Modern World''.
''Mystery Man'', and ''I Can Tell'', keep up to the Rock and Roll tradition musically but is fresh and contemporary at the same time. The Arctic Monkeys influence is evident on ''What A Shame'', and the closing track ''Rollin and Tumblin'' is a very high energy and amazingly catchy song with blazing and distinctive guitar riffs, fast past drumming and some incredible singing.
This album is awesome, energetic and blasting loud from start to finish and i believe it set a great example for future bands who are looking for some inspiration and are hoping to be creative.
I pray that God will use this album in a powerful way to challenge other bands to step outside of their comfort zones and use our God given talents to our fullest maximum.
The reason why bands and artists create awesome and energetic music is because we are all made in God's image and it is God's image in us that helps us to be creative.

The Band Members From The Strypes.
Ross Farrelly: Lead Vocals/Harmonica.
Josh McClorey: Lead Guitars/Vocals. Lead Vocals on ''She's So Fine'' and ''Perfect Storm''.
Pete O'Hanlon: Bass Guitar/Harmonica.

The Strypes: Snapshot has 12 tracks.
Album Length: 36:14.
Release Date: September 9th 2013
Music Styles: Rhythm and Blues/Rock and Roll.
Support Acts: Paul Weller, Arctic Monkeys.

Recommended albums for resourcing new bands and artist who wants to make awesome music.

Information about the Positive Entertainment Review blog.

Now that we are at the start of the new year and the year is 2015, i am hoping and praying that this is going to be a fresh start and a brand new season. May God bless this new season as we progress and move forward to what God has for us.
My very close friend helped me to start up this blog and I did my very first review at June 1st 2013 and i never done a blog before and it was brand new territory for me at the time i started doing music reviews. I am hoping to update some of my past review in the future if necessary and i pray that i will improve on the music reviews for years to come.

This blog started round about the time when i heard a sermon about impacting our frontlines which is about shining God's light in our everyday situations while we are at school, College or University, Or whether we are at work or whatever situation we find ourselves in.
This blog was born out of my concern that most Contemporary Christian Music, CCM for short has been so underestermated and marginalised from the general market. I wanted to help people understand that there are some awesome and exciting bands and artists in the CCM scene that are not boring at all and quite a lot of them sound quite similar to the artists that are in the general market and that we hear on the radio.

CCM consists of the same musical genres that are found in regular mainstream music including
Pop, Rock, Indie, R&B/Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, Reggae, Ska, Country and Western, Blues, Gospel and many more. Stylisticly, Christian Music and Praise And Worship are not musical genres since CCM is more of a music industry, not a given musical art form.
The CCM Bands and Artists i have reviewed include the likes of Guvna B, Lecrae, Kings Kaleidoscope, Switchfoot, Mercyme, Colton Dixon, Skillet, Canton Jones, All Star United,
Newsboys, Tobymac, Papa San, Family Force 5, Mandisa, Royal Tailor, Philippa Hanna, Phil Wickham, Dweeb, Israel Houghton, Peter Furler, The 29th Chapter, House Of Heroes, Da Truth, Trip Lee, Deitrick Haddon, Kirk Franklin, POD, OC Supertones and many more.

Also i have included some music makers that are not christians by faith and are not part of CCM, but have written some songs that could come of good use for the Church whether it is about Community, Making a positive change for the better and working together to make a change. Others could deal with issues of Gossip and spreading false rumours, Wrestling with doubt, refusing to give hate a chance, tackling negative influences in the media and other topics that could be of grateful help to the Church of God, and also to help challenge new artists to be more creative and original.
Artists including Paul Weller, The Jam, Oasis, The Lightning Seeds, Olly Murs, Super Furry Animals, Pulp, Madness, Ali Campbell and a good few more.
I have also included a Live Band review of Sound Effects, a covers band from Rugby, Warwickshire who perform Britpop and Ska songs since i'm a bit of a Britpop Fan.
If you are into Britpop music, i would like to recommend All Star United. They are an American Indie band who are very influenced by Britpop.
All Star United are one of the bands that are from the CCM scene and the lead singer of All Star United is Ian Eskelin.
The Super Furry Animals album i have review is ''Rings Around The World'' and the reason behind the review was to inspire new and upcoming bands to be more adventurous in their creativity and create music that is mindblowingly exciting and innovative.

I have also reviewed albums by the likes of U2, Athlete, Owl City, Carleen Anderson, The Young Disciples and Dolly Parton and they are all Christians that have been in the mainstream music scene.
Owl City is in the CCM Scene and the mainstream music scene and is close friends with the lead singer of Relient K, an Alternative Pop/Punk band that are also in the CCM scene and they are very positive and their music is quite lively and will hopefully put you in the right mood.
The Relient K singer Matt Thiessen co wrote a Kelly Clarkson song ''Long Shot'' with the likes of Katy Perry and it is on the Kelly Clarkson album ''All I Ever Wanted''.

MUSIC AND IT'S TRUE INFLUENCE. CALL FOR INNOVATION
AND A TOTAL END TO CULTURAL DIVISION.

All musical art forms can be used to worship God and proclaim has glory across the whole globe so i encourage all music makers that are Christians by faith to create music that is from the heart and i would like to encourage some new and upcoming bands and artists that are going to be doing Worship Music to defy convention and refuse to mimic and copy other praise and worship artists, but create music that is exciting, diverse and mostly from the heart. Last year i reviewed an album by Kings Kaleidoscope and they are the most musically colourful Worship Band of all times and they are a ten piece band. I believe Kings Kaleidoscope could very well be the next pacesetters in Worship Music and they deserve to take the baton and lead the way in Praise and Worship music.

I would like to let you all know that i am hoping to go in a different direction with this blog and i am not limiting this blog to just CCM Artists but i am hoping to review some albums that will hopefully raise up lot of future bands and artists to be more creative and original. I firmly believe that music makers that are Christians by faith can get some awesome musical ideas from a lot of Non Christian Bands and Artists, while at the same time create music that is completely original and don't even think of imitating other music makers. We should never turn music into a product and we must not allow ourselves to set trends and fashions for other Artists to imitate because it is completely unfair and i would rather that we raise up the standard of creative innovation for goodness sake.
We don't need trend setters, we need more innovators that will lead the way in music and challenge other music makers to be original and authentic. No pretence allowed, period.
I am very passionate about music and i cannot tolerate and condone the fact that music has been seriously abused and watered down in the popular music industry.
Most importantly, I have a very strong faith in Jesus Christ and i firmly believe in the absolute truth that God created the whole universe and he made us in his image. Remember, it is God's image in us that allows us to be creative. The problem is we have deliberately ruined God's image in us because we have been manipulated by sin and the devils evil lies.
the devil never creates anything, all he ever does is destroy, corrupt and counterfeit everything that God has created. There is no such thing as the devils music since satan has perverted the gift of music and has constantly turned music into a product and he makes carbon copies of it, and it should not be allowed. music was made to transcend cultures and bring life, light and colour to this planet we call Earth. Music was designed that way and it is a very very powerful tool but we have deliberately allowed satan to water down it's influence in order to divide and seperate other cultures.
An old late 70's cult movie Quadrophenia, paints a picture of the seperation of two musical culture, the Mod's and the Rockers and later on in the film, they get into a massive fight in Brighton.
Sting who's real name is Gordon Sumner appeared in the film and played the Ace Face who later on became a bell boy. Sting used to be the lead singer of The Police. If you have been brought up on The Who, The Jam, and The Police and you are an old generational music listener that prefers listening to the golden oldies of the 60's and 70's who have paved the way for future artists, then you will hopefully relate to this.
Quadrophenia started off as a rock opera album by The Who which was released in 1973. The film came out a few years later while The Jam and The Police were making music.

I would also like to pray that the future Christian Bands and Artists will broaden the lyrical content without the use of overused cliches that overload so many contemparary worship songs. We need to train up new music makers to be more excellent and creative and we must challenge them to hone their musical and songwriting talent and give their full 100% when making new music that is inspiring. I pray that God will raise up new bands and artists that are willing to shine God's light into the pubs and clubs through the method of performed music that is inspiring and lyrically positive. I will also review some more artists that are in the Contemporary Christian Music world to broaden peoples musical tastes and help people that are not Christians to appreciate the Bands and Artists that are in the CCM Industry but are making some awesome music.
I am challenging myself personally to keep on listening to different artists and try out music i've never listened to before since my musical tastes are quite eclectic and diverse and i'm staying true to my musical diversity. Let us stop wallowing in cultural seperation concerning different music styles and stop watering down its influence. If music doesn't transcend cultures and if it doesn't pave the way for future innovation then it is not doing it's job. Remember, music belongs to God so let us use God's gift of music to bring hope, restore communities and unite all nations, and most importantly give God the highest praise since God is in charge of the whole universe and he is the ultimate superstar and a true innovator.
To all the people i have met that have supported my journey of music listening and to the artists both Christians and Non-Christians that have unknowingly connected me to other music artists of different kinds. You are all deeply respected. I must admit, as a music listener, i do need support from people, those i have met and those i haven't met in person to spice up my musical tastes. Thank you all so much. To all the Bands and Artists i have reviewed on my blog, Thank you all for inspiring me as a music listener. I am very proud of all of you.
Above all else, thank you Father God or should i say Heavenly King Dad for giving me fresh life and loving me back to life like in the Celine Dion song. Thank you so much for the interest in music that you have downloaded into my DNA. Please help me use my diverse and experimental music passion to bless other people and help others inspire others to broaden the innovative musical scope.
All music styles belong to you alone since you are the owner of everything in this universe.
Your kaleidoscopic character is ever so inspiring, and it blows me away emotionally.
Father God, please place your super heavenly force field around this whole blog and i would like to pray this  blog will inspire people to see CCM through more positive lenses and encourage future music makers to raise the creative bar up and bring a lot more musical diversity. Oh and please blow away all the boxes and labels that limit and contain us because there are no limits whatsoever with you. We humans have so many limitations but you have no limits at all.
Please get those multicoloured praise rockets up because it is time for a heavenly celebration.

Come on melody makers, i believe it is time to create and invents some new musical styles and make sure you create music that will encourage and raise up loads of new musical and cultural pioneers and start a multi Cultural, hyper kaleidoscopic revolution. Let us all 777UP to God's magnificent glory.

It is time to raise the bar up higher and start a new wave revolution.
May God bless you and may we start moving forward since this is the dawning of a new era.

Oh, and i have decided never to capitalise satans name since the devil is a monster and i strongly refuse to acknowledge him. In fact i will drag satans name through the mud and disconnect his wires. I hate satan so much and his diabolical presence is forever banned.
The devil can get lost, and good riddance. Off with the devils head.
