Olly Murs: Right Place Right Time.

I am going to do another one song review and you are going to be surprised. ''Right Place Right Time is a fantastic song and it will get you dancing and singing at the top of your lungs. Olly Murs is a very talented singer who has the knack of writing song that are upbeat and lively and this song is going to get you smiling. The reason I am reviewing this song is to let you know that not all songs you hear on Radio One is lyrically harmful and explicit. This Olly Murs song ''Right Place Right Time is quite a harmless song and the lyrics are squeaky clean. I think this is a very fun song and I pray that Olly Murs will write some positive, uplifting songs in the future. I think Olly Murs is such a fantastic artist and I pray that he will come to know Jesus Christ as personal saviour. I believe Olly Murs could come of great use to the Church because he is more than capable of writing songs that are positive and uplifting.

Noah A Musical Adventure CD.

I have finally decided to review a children's album for a change and it's about time I did. As you know, I didn't get to see the pantomime of Noah A Musical Adventure but I heard it was really good. Some friends that go to my homechurch took part in the play and I bet they did brilliantly.
This CD is totally excellent and incredible and it is up to the creative standards. I believe a lot of young children are going to go mad for this CD. I don't understand why it is not in any of the mainstream shops. We cannot just limit this CD for sales in the Christian Bookshop alone. It should also be on the mainstream shelves since it is up to date in sound and style. This incredibly creative soundtrack features performances from innovative children's worship artist Doug Horley, Opera singer Jonathan Veira, Ruthie Henshall (award winning West End star ''Les Miserables'' Cats and Chicago, and Mark Read who used to be in A1. Remember their cover version of the A-ha song ''Take On Me''.  I haven't seen ''Les Miserables'' but have heard of it, and I'm not familiar with ''Chicago''. I used to take part in the ''Cats'' play when was at a special needs school.

I am so impressed with this awesome CD and it is ever so amazing and it is also hilarious as well. May God bless you.

Athlete: Vehicles And Animals

I am so pleased that there are some good quality albums out there, and this album is one of them.
''Vehicles And Animals'' is the 1st album from Indie Band Athlete and it is a highly creative album full of originality and sheer excellence. The songs on this album contains some futuristic computer generated sounds and it has an animated feel to it. The Title Track is quite playful and innocent and it brings the younger side to me. ''El Salvador'' is one of the singles on this album and I quite like that song. This album is just so awesome and if you like the Super Furry Animals, you will also enjoy this album. As a music listener, I used to listen to the Super Furry Animals and they are one of the most creative and exciting bands and their music is quite futuristic. The lead singer of the Super Furry Animals is Gruff Rhys and the band are from Wales.

I am quite fascinated with computer generated sound effects since I enjoy playing video games. I'm also quite fond of Amusement Parks and Arcades including the sound effects that you hear in Arcades. I love having lots of fun since I'm an animated person who loves to get excited. I love it when Bands and Artists put a lot of creative effort in their songwriting. ''Vehicles And Animals'' is such a top quality classic.

I would like to let you know that there will some new albums by the likes of Family Force 5, Bellarive, Lecrae and Colton Dixon. I am ever so excited about their new albums coming out.
Church of God can I encourage you to pray that there new albums will be on sale in the mainstream record shops. These Artists cannot stay seperated from the Charts forever. Radio One and the Mainstream Charts is playing a game of pick and choose and it too overtly focused on what is selling in the charts. I am concerned that so many music listeners have become so narrow minded and I am hoping this blog will encourage people to broaden their musical tastes and hear out artists they have never heard before. I feel the mainstream music scene is deteriorating and inspiration and true artistry has been seriously lost. Come on people, stop playing the fame game and don't get too bogged down by what is in fashion. We need more diversity and I am hoping to see a complete end to stagnation.
May God bless you now and forevermore.

Mercyme: Shake.

I think you are going to recieve a massive surprise and you are going to be amazed at this song that was recently recorded by Mercyme. ''Shake'' takes Mercyme in a totally different direction to their usual stuff. They have done some upbeat songs in the past, but not like this before.
''Shake'' is the sort of song you would love to sing at Karaoke's in Pubs and dance along to at the Disco's. The music video is well worth watching on youtube. I believe Olly Murs is going to go mad for this song if he hears it and Suggs from the band Madness is going to be impressed with this song as well. ''Shake'' is such an incredible song and I believe this should be released in the charts. This song deserves a lot of airplay on Radio One. I encourage you to check this song out on youtube and you can always go on their website.

This song is proof evidence that God is in the business of changing lives. If you are about to celebrate, then play this song and have an awesome time.
I would like to recommend some more songs that deserve to be on Radio One. Please don't turn them away for goodness sake. You will miss out if you do and that will be a crying shame.

Chaka Khan Featuring Lecrae: It's Not Over.

I believe this truly marks the return of Chaka Khan and this new song ''It's Not Over. is ever so amazing. To let you know, Chaka Khan was the one who originally recorded ''Ain't Nobody''. You will easily recognise that song when you hear it.

I don't understand why ''It's Not Over'' isn't in the British Charts since this song has a very modern flavour to it and this song should go down really well. We need more positive songs in the Charts, because they could change peoples lives for the better. ''It's Not Over is such a fantastic song that will get you jumping and dancing joyfully and it deserves to be alongside Pharrell's awesome song ''Happy''. This recent Chaka Khan song was recorded last year and it will encourage you when you are discouraged. If you are close to giving up and throwing in the towel, this song if for you.

''It's Not Over'', is featuring Reach Records Rap Artist Lecrae, and he is well worth supporting.
His strong passion for God and for this generation and his authenticity is something we all need and I believe he deserves to pass the baton onto the next generation and pave the way for future Artists that are willing to bring positive entertainment into the charts. I have quite a lot of respect for Lecrae because of his passion of creative Rap Music that is not confined to the box and for being an excellent example for this modern generation to follow. Mostly, his uncompromising passion for Jesus Christ is something we should never take for granted. I believe the baton belongs with Lecrae and all other Rappers from Reach Records, Andy Mineo, Derek Minor, Trip Lee, Tedashii and KB.
These Artists are ever so fantastic and they are definitely the ones to lead the way concerning creating Rap Music that is authentic, excellent and God glorifying. Let us pray that they will come into the British Charts so they more people will be reached for God. I hope and pray that they will one day collaborate with some of the artists that are in the charts including Owl City, One Republic, Imagine Dragons, Olly Murs, One Direction, and some other Bands And Artists, God Willing. Pray that God will extend the Reach Records platform so it can be taken to a whole new level. This could be the dawning of a new era. May God's light start to shine in the mainstream music industry and that the demonic influences will be forever removed and oblititerated once and for all.
To God be the highest glory.

Owl City: Beautiful Times

This is a brand new single by Owl City and it is ever so fantastic. Owl City is one of the most unique and original Artists in the modern music scene and what truly sets him apart is his Christian Faith in Jesus Christ. Owl City has penned some fantastic songs that are inspiring and exciting and some of his song contains Christian elements in his lyrics.

This new song ''Beautiful Times'' will inspire you big time and you will be impressed with this song. It is a bit different that some of his other stuff but he still stays true to his Electro Synth/Pop roots in a unique way. I pray that God will continue to use Owl City in a mighty way to bring positive Christian values back into the charts.

We are living in a day and age where good morals are going downhill and there is so much apathy and way to much fabrication. We as a generation are going through an identity crisis and we are divided. The good news is this is only temporary and Jesus is going to restore this broken world back to life and only those who have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts and place their trust in his death and resurrection will gain entrance in the New Heavens and New Earth and the future is extremely bright for the Church of God. Those who have willfully rejected Jesus in this life will tragically end up being sentenced to a lost eternity in Hell. There is hell to pay for satan and his demonic henchmen. Jesus Christ is our only hope for the whole of mankind so for goodness sake don't you dare put him off for another day. Your soul is at risk and you don't know when you will die, or when Jesus returns to claim God's true children. Time is running out and the curtains will close on this passing life. The curtains will open for the New Heavens and New Earth and you cannot afford to miss out on it. The choice is yours.

Christians, I would like to encourage you to keep on celebrating because there is a brighter future for you. We may suffer in this life and we may have to endure hardship, but the good news is the sufferings of this life is only for a short period. This world in it's broken state is not our home.
God is preparing us a City in Heaven and even better, We will forever live in the new and regenerated Earth. The New Jerusalem is mega awesome and I am excited about it. Beautiful times are ahead so let us keep pressing on to win the prize that is in Heaven.

Finally, can I encourage you to pray for Justin Bieber and pray that God will help him in whatever he is facing right now and pray that God will help him to make right decisions and shine God's light in the mainstream industry. I don't want to hear anyone criticising Justin Bieber and I will not tolerate it any longer. To the Newspaper Journalists. Stop spreading malicious lies about Justin Bieber and please stop all this gossiping right now. I'm warning you.

That's all I have got to say. May God bless you and may you be inspired by this blog review.

Space: Me And You Vs The World.

This song came out when I was at middle school and it was released in 1996. I have decided to review another 90's Britpop song by a Scouse Band called ''Space'', They are from Liverpool the same as ''The Farm'' and ''The Lightning Seeds.

''Me And You Vs The World'' is a fantastic song and it is quite fun to listen to. The reason I am reviewing this song is to remind you that even though we make wrong choices and we do things we shouldn't do. Jesus Christ took the chance for us who feel like failures and make things right.
It makes life better when we have friends who pick us up when we fall and that together, We can go against the world's ways and never sell out or compromise. True friends always stay together and never leave when things go wrong. Life's not perfect. There will be moments we make choices that we regret but the good news is that Jesus came to mend our broken lives.
Let us pray that God will raise up new and upcoming Bands and Artists to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Pubs and Clubs in a language that people can understand . There is a brighter future for the Church of God. But there is hell to pay for the devil and his demonic henchmen.

Can I encourage you to pray for the lead singer Tommy Scott from ''Space'', and pray that he will come to know Jesus as personal savior. It doesn't matter how badly we've lived, If we call on the name of Jesus Christ, we will be saved. Remember Christians, the spiritual battle isn't against human beings. We are waging war against satan and his demonic cronies. Let us raise up God's banner and take a stand against the world and it's corrupt ways.

The Bible talks about the aposle Paul who used to be known as Saul and he made one of the worst choices and that is going around persecuting a lot of Christians and threatening to destroy the Church.
But Jesus came to Saul in a vision and won him over to the Christian Faith, and after that, Saul's name changed to Paul and he boldly proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ and left such a positive legacy to the Church Of God. Even though he had to suffer and be persecuted for his faith, The Church grew stronger and expanded in the midst of it.

May God Bless You.

Madness: It Must Be Love

First of all, I really enjoyed doing One Song Review because it makes a change and I didn't want to limit the blog to a christian audience. I am hoping and praying that this blog will reach more people for God's glory because it is all about God getting all the glory.

I am going to review a Madness song called ''It Must Be Love''. It is a fantastic song and I believe it is well worth reviewing. I was brought up on Madness at a very young age and I quite like Ska Music.
''It Must Be Love'' is a kind of song that Christians can use to worship God. It contains the lyrics, As soon as I wake up every night, every day. I know It is you I need to take the blues away.
When we are feeling low and depressed, we can always call on God to take the blues away.
There is a passage in the Bible that talks about love and you can find it in 1 Corinthians 13. It talks about the true meaning of love. To let you know, true love is faithful and it never walks out. It also requires commitment, and it also requires a lot of sacrifice. God showed his love for us by sending Jesus to die for us because we have all fallen short of his glory and we all need redemption. Jesus came back to life on the 3rd day to bring us new life. God is totally faithful and he will never leave us or forsake us despite the wrongs we have done.

If you enjoy listening to Reggae and Ska Music, I would like to recommend,
The OC Supertones.
Papa San.

I really enjoy doing Positive Entertainment Reviews and God willing, I will continue to do some more reviews. It is all about God and I pray that God will use this review in a mighty way to broaden your view on Positive Entertainment and expand your view on Worship. I pray that the Non Christian Bands and Artists will be reached through Pub Evangelism across the whole of Great Britain.
May God Bless You.

Oasis: Acquiesce.

This is a totally fantastic song and this is definitely a positive song that Oasis have written.
Noel Gallagher's songwriting totally shines on this song and his vocals in the chorus is fantastic.
Liam Gallagher just takes on the verses of this song.
''Acquiesce'' is a song about community and it reminds is that we all need each other. I believe community is ever so important. I have said this before on some of my other reviews but I am going to talk about it again because we cannot live lives without community. Man is not an island, we all need each other and we need to believe in one another. I love this song so much and I believe it will be enjoyed by a number of Britpop fans.
I pray that this Oasis song will be used in a powerful way to help people realise that we need each other and that we cannot live lives seperated from each other.
Church of God, let us all set our differences aside and let us all work together in perfect harmony. We need a lot more positive songs on the radio. ''Acquiesce'' was recorded in the year 1995 and it is such a fantastic song. Check it out on Youtube.

Stereophonics: A Thousand Trees.

I think it make a change to review songs that have been recorded by Bands and Artists that are not Christians and are not part of the CCM Scene but have some brilliant messages that can come in good use for teaching the Church of God and can be used for positive reasons.

''A Thousand Trees'' is one of the earlier songs that was recorded by Welsh Indie Rock Band ''The Stereophonics'' and it came out in the year 1997. This song deals with the issue of gossip and spreading rumours. People, this is serious. Gossip spreads like wildfire and it can do an awful amount of damage to people hearing them. Gossip causes a lot of arguements and can also seperate close friends. The lyric ''It only takes one match to burn a thousand trees'' reminds me of a passage in the Bible where it says that it takes a spark to start a forest fire. Look up James 3:5 in the Bible.
James 3:1-12 talks about the power of words and how the tongue can do an aweful lot of damage.
Gossip is flat out evil and we shouldn't indulge in it full stop. I think this song is ever so fantastic and it is proof that Non Christians can write songs that can be used for positive, life changing reasons.
Here is another song that deals with the power of words, and it is written by a CCM Band and it was written in the mid 90's.
Third Day: Nothing At All.
You can always check that song out on youtube. It is a fantastic song.
May God bless you.

Cast: Fine Time

I am going to do another bonus review and to let you know, you can get some brilliant songs from Bands and Artists that are not Christians. If you are a massive fan of 90's Britpop music, you are in for a treat. I am going to review a song that came out in the mid 90's by a Band called Cast. The song is called ''Fine Time'' and it is on the album ''All Change''. I just about started going to Rokeby Middle School in 1995 and this song was released in that era. I was 9 years old at that time and this song brings back memories. That was the season Oasis were about to release there 2nd album
''What's The Story (Morning Glory) and Blur released the follow up to their classic album ''Parklife'',
called ''The Great Escape''.

The Cast song ''Fine Time'' is absolutely brilliant and I believe it is a classic britpop anthem. The reason I am reviewing this particular song is because this song can be used for positive reasons.
There are times in life when we need a positive change and I believe we all need hope in a world that has gone ice cold. If the Church Of God works together in perfect harmony and we stop moaning about differences, this world can be a better place, communities will thrive and broken live will be made new. Together, we can change the world if we learn to settle our difference and learn to get along with each other because we are all different. What would this world be like if there was no diversity. This World would be a boring place and this whole environment would be ever so colourless. While there is still time on this planet, we can make a change. I encourage you to pray for revival in the Mersyside/Liverpool and that God will take back the Pubs and Clubs for his glory.
May God bless you.

Pharrell: Happy, Soundtrack To Despicable Me 2.

I am so looking forwards to doing another one song review of a song that has been in the charts recently and I think ''Happy'' is a brilliant song. I never in my dearest life expected Pharrell to release this positive, uplifting and exuberant song into the charts. The first time I heard this song, I watched a music video of ''Happy'' on TV and I was ever so surprised. I didn't use to like Pharrell before and I couldn't stand his earlier stuff, but this song is fantastic. It is also a soundtrack to popular animated film Despicable Me 2 what was an awesome film and to let you know, I quite like the Minions. They are my favorite characters on Despicable Me 2 and they are quite fun and enjoyable, and also cute and playful as well. This Pharrell song also came on a couple of times at the Big Church Day Out this year and it was on two big screens by the mainstage. The Big Church Day Out is a totally awesome and exciting event and it is quite similar to Glastonbury. This will take you by surprise. X Factor Contestant Jahmene Douglas performed at the Big Church Day Out this year and he performed some of his new songs and he performed the song that he sung at the audition which was ''At Last'' by Etta James. Jahmene's version of that song is second to none and I thought is was off the chart.
I hope and pray that this review will inspire you and take you by surprise and I also pray that there will be some more positive songs in the charts in the future. I pray that God will use this Pharrell song in a mighty way to pave the way and open new doors for Artists who are willing to take Positive Entertainment into the charts and into record shops like HMV's.
May God Bless You.

Jai: Culture Shock

I am so thankful that God has allowed me to review so many different albums by various artists of all kinds. If it wasn't for God saving me from my old life, I wouldn't have heard of these amazing artists that I have reviewed. I hope and pray that you were all encouraged and inspired by the Positive Entertainment Reviews and that I am hoping that God will use it in ways I don't know.
On this blog, I have reviewed different positive Artists including Guvna B, Tobymac, Skillet, Papa San, Lecrae, Canton Jones, Group 1 Crew, Phil Wickham, Israel Houghton, Trip Lee, Royal Tailor, Salvador, Rend Collective, Third Day and many more. As a Bonus, I have also reviewed an Artist who is not a Christian and I was brought up on him at a very young age. That artist is none other than
Paul Weller. I have also review a couple of albums by Carleen Anderson who is a very genuine Christian who was close friends with Paul Weller. Also, I have also reviewed albums by U2 and
Owl City as an extra added bonus. I was brought up on U2 at a very early age. I got into Owl City when I looked up Louderthanthemusic and the second Owl City album was on it. This was a couple of years ago. Now I think Owl City is absolutely fantastic and his music is very unique and captivating. I have reviewed ''Ocean Eyes'' and the recent Owl City album ''Midsummer Station''.
The second Owl City Album is called ''All Things Bright and Beautiful. That's the Owl City album that I haven't reviewed but I truly recommend that album. Recommended songs from ''All Things Bright And Beautiful''.

Deer In The Headlights.
Angels.
Galaxies.
Alligator Sky.

Now I am going to review this incredibly awesome album by Jai, and the album is called ''Culture Shock''. This album is ever so mindblowing and the youngsters are going to enjoy this particular album. I personally think this album is ever so brilliant and I'm so glad I brought this album.
This album is excellent in quality and there are some danceable Electro/Pop songs including ''Praise Grenade'', ''Good Day'', and ''Dancing For You'' which is featuring British Rapper Guvna B.
''Calling You'' is a fantastic song and it contains so very worshipful lyrics and it is featuring one of the most culturally relevant Rap Artists Lecrae. ''Incredible'' is so mindblowing and it is featuring Thi'sl. I think that particular song should appear on Superhero based action films and video games.
My favorite song ''Reflection'' is just a totally hilariously awesome song which encourages us with the fact that we don't have to dress to impress the crowd. We live in a very fashion oriented culture that is pressuring us to look like and dress like the models that we see in movies and magazines and we all need God's help to resist the temptation of trying to fit in with the crowd.
This album as a whole is absolutely amazing and I believe the kids are going to like this album.
LET US ALL SHOCK THIS CULTURE BACK TO LIFE.
I pray that God will use this blog in a powerful way to advance his kingdom and win more souls for Christ. To God be the highest praise. The glory and the fame belongs to God and God alone.
GOD IS THE GREATEST AND GOD IS THE NUMBER ONE CHAMPION.

Philippa Hanna: Through The Woods.

I believe You are in for a real treat. This album is absolutely fantastic and there are some awesome songs on this album. Philippa Hanna is a very talented singer who knows how to create some songs that are lively, upbeat, and honest at the same time. The Lead single is  ''Lighthouse'', and it is very Folk/Pop driven. One of my favorite songs is ''The Daffodil Song. It is very playful and innocent and also quite explosive. ''The Daffodil Song'' reminds me of Mika, think ''Grace Kelly'' and ''We Are Golden''. ''Stars Will Fall'' is an amazing song with a powerful chorus.
''Hollywood'' is a very honest song that reminds us that marriage in real life is not what you see in movies and fairy tales. I pray that this album will bless you and inspire you as you go about you daily life. If you would like to know more about Philippa Hanna, you can always check out her website.

Canon: Mad Haven

This album is ever so impressive and Canon's rapping style is very unique. This album is different and you will totally enjoy this album if you are looking for Rap Music that is fresh, authentic and out of the commercial box. I am so amazed at the quality of the songs and Canon's unique talent truly shows big time. May I encourage you to think outside the box concerning how Rap Music should sound like because God made us all unique and different to each other and we don't have to conform to commercialism. One of the songs I really like is ''Different'' because it inspires me to be unique and that I don't have to give in to people pleasing. I pray that this album with encourage you to be unique and express your creative freedom. You don't have to conform to the standards of how you should make music. You just have to be who God created us to be. There are a lot of artists being pressured by the music business to conform to their standards of creativity and it breaks my heart.
This album is proof that Canon is staying true to who he is instead of being fabricated and plastic.
Mad Haven is such an awesome album that stays true to it's originality. Canon is well worth supporting.

Welcome To The Welcome Wagon.

I would like to recommend this album to those who enjoy listening to folk music that is more easy listening. This is the sort of album you would listen to if you are having a nice rest or if you are sitting in the garden. Welcome To The Welcome Wagon contains elements of laid back Folk music with elements of Retro Old School Pop with a melancholy feel. This album is produced by none other than Sufyan Steven's. The first time I have ever heard the name Sufyan Steven's was through a Snow Patrol song ''Hand's Open. It contains the lyrics, Put Sufyan Steven's on, and we'll play you're favorite song.I think this Welcome Wagon CD is ever so fantastic and it will take a while to grow on you.
There are some awesome Hymn like songs including ''Hail To The Lord's Anointed'', ''He Never Said A Mumblin Word'', ''But For You Who Fear My Name'', ''Jesus'', and ''Up On The Mountain''.
''Sold! To The Nice Rich Man'' is quite an upbeat song with some awesome arrangements and a highly melodic sound. I really enjoy that song quite a lot. I quite like this particular album. It is quite different to what I usually listen to but I love to have my musical horizon's broadened. I enjoy listening to folk music as well as other music styles and it is totally awesome to try out something different for a change. May God richly bless you with his grace and mercy. God's love and mercy will endure forever.

In the Past, I used to listen to a solo album that was recorded by the lead singer From Futuristic Indie/Pop Band Super Furry Animals, Gruff Rhys. The album is called Candylion. It came out in the year 2007 and it was in a Folk Pop style. My favorite song on the Candylion album used to be
''Skylon''. It is a very very long track clocking at 14 and a half minutes. Can I encourage you to pray for Gruff Rhys and pray that he will come to know Jesus as his personal savior. May God bless You.

Dweeb: Feels Like Dynamite.

This is an excellent album full of top quality music in the style of Electro Indie/Pop from Dweeb.
Dweeb are a totally awesome band and they are proof evidence that God is a totally awesome creator and a full 100% Number One innovator. This album contains 10 songs and they will take you by surprise. If you think music done by Christians is too boring and too old fashioned, You will be taken by surprise if you hear this album. I believe you will gain a brand new perspective on Christian Entertainment and your horizons will be broadened. There is a lot more diversity in Christian Entertainment than you think. You won't know until you dig deeper and have a research on the bands that have been sidelined by the media for way too long, to their own consequence. If you are looking for Christian Entertainment that is more mainstream in sound and quality and is culturally relevant, check out Tobymac, House Of Heroes, Skillet, Family Force 5, John Reuben, Lecrae, Da Truth, Tedashii, Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, Canon, KJ-52, Royal Tailor, Papa San, Deitrick Haddon, Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary, Guvna B, LZ7, The 29th Chapter, Delirious, Carleen Anderson, Philippa Hanna, Daughters Of Davis, Icon For Hire, Seabird, Hawk Nelson, Group 1 Crew, Relient K, Mat Kearney, Jars Of Clay, Switchfoot, Owl City, and many more.
If you are looking for more innovative worship music that is fun and inspiring, check out David Crowder Band, Israel Houghton, Fred Hammond, Noel Robinson, Chaos Curb, Rend Collective, Phil Wickham, Bellarive, Hillsong Young and Free, and Planetshakers. For the kid's, I would like to recommend Doug Horley and Hillsong Kids.
If you enjoy listening to mainstream bands like The Klaxons, The Kooks, The Pigeon Detectives and The Enemy, this Dweeb album is recommended.

I believe this Dweeb album will get you totally excited and this is the sort of album you would love to play again and again. You will never ever be the same again when you read this album review.
I pray that your musical horizons will be broadened like never before and that you will no longer believe a lie that Christian Entertainment is too boring. May God bless you.

Paul Weller: Paul Weller

I would like to give thanks and praises to the Most High God for allowing me to review different albums at different times. I am going to do another bonus review because I am a Paul Weller fan and he has penned some fantastic songs that are uplifting and they totally put me in the right mood.
This artist is not a christian but he has befriended Carleen Anderson who is a very genuine christian woman. Carleen Anderson used to be in the Young Disciples and she also recorded some solo album.
Carleen's album ''Blessed Burden'' contains some songs that have been co written with Paul Weller.
Another Carleen Anderson album ''Soul Providence'' contains a song that is featuring Paul Weller.
The song is called ''Wanna Be Where You Are''. Fantastic song. I encourage you to check it out.

Paul Weller's first solo album contains some songs that were written out of experience of searching and wrestling with doubt. ''I Never Meant To Hurt You'' was written for ex style council member who used to be his wife, Dee C Lee. This song is very genuine and honest and it is worth a listen.
One of my favorite songs on this album is Bull Rush, I believe it is one of the true Paul Weller classics. This album takes me well back to when I was a little child and I was at Hillmorton First School back then. I was 6 years old when this album came out. ''Above The Clouds is such a brilliant song and it contains some honest lyrics. ''Into Tomorrow'' is one of the singles on this album and I still enjoy it quite a lot. This deluxe edition has got a lot of extra songs and it has 2 discs.

I am going to review a Paul Weller song that also appears on this deluxe edition and it is also on the
''Fly On The Wall'' CD. The song is called ''Here's A New Thing''. This is one of the most uplifting songs Paul Weller has ever done and it was penned after the Style Council Years. The lyrics are awesome and it encourages and inspires us to let go of the past and press on to what is new.
''Here's A New Thing'' is well worth a listen. The Bible teaches us that God is always doing a new thing in our lives as we let go of what is behind us. I totally recommend ''Promised Land'' by The Style Council. That song is absolutely brilliant and the lyrics are ever so uplifting and edifyable to the soul. I would like to encourage you to go to Revelation chapter 21 in the Bible.
I pray that God will use this Style Council song in a powerful way to inspire other christians to celebrate and rejoice in the fact that God is preparing them a place where there will be no more tears.
Church Of God, let us celebrate the fact that God will return to take us home to be with him forever.
Let us all speak freedom to those who are still searching and who are in desperate need for hope.

If you are still searching and wrestling with doubt, guess what, there is hope for you. Jesus came to this planet as a child in a manger and he had a mission from God to save all of us from the wrong things we have done. Jesus Christ is our only hope and he is the only person who can save us from ourselves and deliver us from eternal punishment in Hell. God loves you with an everlasting love inspite of the countless number of wrong choices you have made. None of us are exempt from sin. We all need deliverence from sin and the self centredness that plagues our hearts. God came so that we can live life to the fullest. God is more exciting and more mindblowing than you think he is.
My faith in Jesus is so important to me and I cannot function without it.
May God bless you forevermore.

If you like Ocean Colour Scene, which I do as well. I would like to recommend one of their recent songs that was written last year. It is on their recent album ''Painting'' and it is also on Steve Cradock's recent solo album ''Travel Wild Travel Free. The song is called ''Doodle Book''. That song is absolutely brilliant. It is quite upbeat and the lyrics are more uplifting. ''Doodle Book'', is one of the most positive songs by Ocean Colour Scene. A true example of great songwriting. To let you know, Steve Cradock is the guitarist from Ocean Colour Scene and he is also in Paul Weller's backing band.
I would like to recommend another Paul Weller song and it is on the album ''Illumination''.
''Standing Out In The Universe''. One of the best songs that Paul Weller has written and mostly, it is very positive and uplifting from start to finish. It is quite a powerful song and it features background vocals by Carleen Anderson and Jocelyn Brown.

Recommended albums by Carleen Anderson.
Blessed Burden.
Soul Providence.

Recommended album by Jocelyn Brown.
True Praises.

True Praises features collaborations from British Rap artist Guvna B and Lead singer from Phatfish, and Worship Leader Lou Fellingham. It is truly recommended. I encourage you to check out Phatfish.

Paul Weller: Wake Up The Nation.

I have decided to review this Paul Weller song ''Wake Up The Nation as an extra added bonus. I am not reviewing the whole album. I'm just reviewing one song even though I has put the album cover onto this review.

I was brought up on Paul Weller when I was a little child and in later years, I found out that he was the lead singer from ''The Jam'' and ''The Style Council. I believe Paul Weller is one of the true artists that has not only created music that was original, he also pushed the creative boundaries. At the end of the day, it is the true artists that are paving the way for future artists who will create music that is new and fresh. Paul Weller is incredibly talented and he has a very unique, unmatchable voice. His guitaring skills are incredible and truly off the chart. Paul Weller is one of my favorite artists off all time and his music is absolutely brilliant. We need a lot more artists who are willing to take some risks in pushing the creative boundaries and making music that has never been heard of before.

The song ''Wake Up The Nation'' is a clarion call and a reaction that the current music scene and culture has become safe, dull and boring. There is way too much apathy in this world and the sad reality is that we have become disconnected. Today, Facebook and Mobile Phones have replace true community and it breaks my heart. I find it disturbing. I have addressed this before and I will address it again. Community is important and we cannot live live isolated from one another.

I pray that the music industries would stop treating artists like puppets on a string and forcing them to be something they are not. I am crying out for true artistry, not fabrication.
Let us all stop putting other artists in a box and start giving them wide open space to be original and creative. I believe they should be creating music that no artist can imitate.
May God bless you forevermore.

I would like to recommend some very amazing albums.

Peter Furler: On Fire

I believe that this is one of the albums that is accessible to the young children and to tell you, this album is lively and energetic. There are 10 songs on this album and they are all encouraging and inspiring. I believe you will be impacted in a very positive way as you listen to this amazing album.
This album is jam packed full of modern Pop Rock songs that will get you bouncing and hopefully will get you on the dancefloor. I quite like Peter Furlers dance rendition of Psalm 23. That song ought to be playing at the school disco's. One of my favorite songs on this album is ''Glory To The King''. It is an awesome song that gets me excited big time.
''Faster and Louder'' is such an amazing song and I believe the kid's will be impressed with it. It is the sort of song they will listen to over and over again. I believe they will be totally energized by this exuberant song. I love dancing quite a lot and I cannot bare to sit still. Besides, There is a huge party going on in Heaven and it will do much more than raise the whole roof. Heaven is the most colourful and exciting places ever and the creativity is mega explosive. Heaven is going to make games like Super Mario 3D World and Kirby Triple Deluxe pale out in comparison. Nothing can ever compare to God's Hyper multicoloured Heavenly City that is a billion kazillion more than futuristic.
If you have been saved by Jesus, then you ought to be celebrating big time. Please don't run the risk of taking God for granted.
I believe we ought to be waking up concerning our future home in Heaven. This world as it is now is not our home. There is going to come a time when God is going to rebuild this whole universe. The New Heavens and the New Earth is going to be created when God returns to claim his precious children. Only those that gave their hearts to Jesus and place their trust in Christ alone for salvation will gain entrance into Heaven and the Re Created Earth. Those that have rejected Jesus in this life will face eternity being punished in the Fiery Pit of Hell that is being prepared for the devil and his diabolical demonic cronies. If you are still on this planet, make sure you are ready to surrender your heart to Jesus because time is running out and we don't know when Jesus will return or when we draw our final breathe. If you are going to accept Jesus in your heart, then do it right here right now.
Peter Furlers vocals is quite strong and full of energy and the music is fun and exciting. May God richly bless you as you listen to this exuberant album and may you be inspired to live for Jesus with no compromise.

I'm Alive.

Glory To The King.
Faster And Louder.
Psalm 30.

Recently I watched an advert of children that are victims of child abuse and they have been robbed of the freedom to speak out for fear of being abused. This practice is extremely vicious and flat out evil and I absolutely hate child abuse. I know what child abuse is like because I've been abused before.
I find this upsetting and it breaks my heart to see children being abused like that. These childern have no hope at all. Child abuse is a crime full stop and I hate it so much. Can I encourage you to look up the NSPCC on the internet and find ways in getting involved in getting rid of child abuse. I pray that God will use this album review in a powerful way to bring hope to young children and bring freedom and healing to their very lives.
