The 29th Chapter: Supernova

Wow, This album is completely awesome and inspiring. I think the 29th Chapter are brilliant and their strong heart for God and for people truly shines on this album. I believe this world would change and more people would have their lives changed in a positive way if this album finds it's way into the charts and their songs played on Radio One. I think the DJ's are totally depriving themselves big time of these positive songs that are not getting any airplay on the Radio. I believe all of the corrupt sin filled songs that are poisoning this culture should be banned from the charts.
Not all mainstream music is bad. There are some fantastic songs out there and I hope and pray that more positive songs will be heard on the radio.
I think this album is absolutely brilliant and I think you should give this album a go.
Recommended Songs.

To let you know. The reason I am doing positive entertainment reviews on my blog is to help people realise that Christian Entertainment is absolutely fantastic and way better than they think it is.
I pray the albums I have reviewed will inspire you to see positive entertainment with a brand new set of lenses. If it wasn't for God saving me and changing my life. I wouldn't have been able to review any of these albums on my blog. May God Bless you all.

House Of Heroes: Cold Hard Want

This is an amazing album and it truly shows that House Of Heroes have taken some risks to create such a powerful Rock album full of authentic songs. One of the songs is ''Touch This Light''.
It is such a powerful and emotive song and I believe it will impress a lot of Mainstream Rock listeners. I don't understand why ''Touch This Light'' and ''Remember The Empire'' doesn't seem to get played on Radio One in Britain. These songs are totally awesome and they deserve to be amongst a lot of the other songs that get airplay on Radio One. I know that Owl City, The Fray, Paramore and Mumford and Sons have been on the radio, but why not House Of Heroes. They are an amazing band and they play music that is not usually performed by conventional CCM Bands. I am a big fan of CCM and I listen to a lot of it. House Of Heroes deserve to be up there with bands like Kaiser Chiefs, Imagine Dragons, The Killers, Muse, and One Republic.
If you like listening to Mainstream Music altogether then I would like to recommend this awesome album to you. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Da Truth: Heartbeat

This is one of the greatest albums that has been recorded and I believe that this marks the dawning of a new era for positive entertainment. I believe the creative standards are going up big time in positive entertainment and that there will be a lot more diversity than ever before. There is a lot more choices of positive entertainment than you think it is.I think this album should be hitting the mainstream because it is incredible and explosive. I am going to be listening to this album quite a lot because it it just so awesome and incredible and their are some colossal songs that could easily fill the stadiums and arenas, and mostly the revival based crusades.
Da Truth has a strong heart for God and an immense passion for evangelism and it shows big time on this album. I believe a lot of music listeners will be amazed by the quality of the recording and will be impacted for God's glory.
The single is ''Loud And Clear'' and it is featuring Electronic Dance/Pop duo Capital Kings and energetic South Coast American Rap Artist Tedashii.
''Gray'' is a little bit different and it is a fantastic song with an awesome message.
''Welcome Home'' is featuring Contemporary Gospel Artist James Fortune and the song is based on the prodigal son. If you have backslidden in your faith and you have been living in sin, you can always return to God and say sorry to him for living wrong. Good news, when you return and reject your sin, God throws a massive party and millions of saints in Heaven celebrate over you.
''Standing O'' celebrates the heroes of the faith who have made a positive impact on this generation and is a reminder that God rewards all the faithful servants in the end. To all of the positive Rap Artists, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Thi'sl, Bizzle, Shai Linne, Flame, Andy Mineo, Canon, Derek Minor, Braille, S.O, Tedashii and many other life changing Rap Artists. May God continue to use you in a powerful way to bring God's standards back into society and win this generation for Christ. God Bless you all.
''Mixed Bag'' is an amazing song that is hi definition in quality and it celebrates some of  the Positive record Labels, Reach Records, Lamp Mode, Clear Sight, Humble Beast, Collision Records, Kingdom Business and some other labels that are making art with a purpose in mind. I am very proud of them for creating good art and providing good clean entertainment for this generation. I pray that these awesome record label will come together and unite. If we all work together despite our differences we can play a part in winning millions of souls for Christ and this world would be a much safer place to live. Communities will be restored and we will all live in perfect harmony.
God is so awesome and he alone deserves all of the glory, period.
The title track ''Heartbeat'' is absolutely incredible and worldchanging. I believe this song is going to raise up a generation of unashamed believers who will live to worship God alone.
This world cannot function properly without God, so let us all set aside our differences and let's work together in perfect harmony. God's kingdom is coming soon.
May God be promoted and put back in the centre of our lives.

Kirk Franklin: The Nu Nations Project.

Kirk Franklin has totally revolutionised and changed the face of Gospel Music and has made it more accessible to the younger generations and has included elements of Funk, R&B and traditional Gospel on this revolutionary album. This could go down in history as one of the greatest Gospel albums you will ever here. I think this album is amazing and it is totally inspiring.
This album come outin 1998, a couple of years before Mary Mary released ''Shackles (Praise You) into the mainstream charts. Mary Mary are absolutely stunning and they have very strong voices and a very positive spirit in them. They are a very talented duo and they are true worshippers of God.
Kirk Franklin has recieved a lot of criticism from the traditional black churches for making Gospel Music more accessible by making it more mainstream in sound and style. Before this album was recorded. Kirk Franklin recorded ''Stomp'', one of the classics that caused a turning point in Gospel music and brought so much freshness into the church.
This album starts of with an Interlude (The Verdict) and it takes place in a courtroom and it is about the Kirk Franklin vs the state of the world case. Kirk Frankin was accused of 3 things. Trying to take the Gospel to the world, Making Gospel Music too secular and tearing down the walls of religion.
''Revolution'', is a fantastic song which is about starting a revolution and it will get you dancing, clapping and stomping your feet. Kirk Franklin takes a huge risk in collaborating with R Kelly, Mary J Blidge, Bono and CCM artist Crystal Lewis on ''Lean On''. The lyrics are fantastic and thought provoking at the same time. Kirk Franklin goes in a Traditional Gospel direction on ''Something About The Name Jesus which is featuring an incredible, unique Gospel singer Rance Allen.
His vocal range totally blows me away, and his voice is so powerful. Totally awesome song. Keep it going Rance Allen. You have God's anointing and you inspire me.
''My Desire'' is featuring one of the most inspiring Gospel and Urban Praise and Worship artist Fred Hammond. he is absolutely incredible and from what I have heard of him, his music is awesome, incredible and emotional. He is a very powerful singer who has a real gift at starting a praise party.
If you are a fan of contemporary Gospel music, check out Fred Hammond. I think he is brilliant.
''Gonna Be A Lovely Day'' is a Mainstream Gospel stomper and I think that song is fantastic.
I am so proud of God for using Kirk Frankin in a powerful way to open up new doors for some upcoming Gospel Artists that are totally inspiring. Kirk Franklin has taken a lot of risk to make Gospel music more available to younger people.
Let us all start a revolution.

Carleen Anderson: Blessed Burden

I would like to give thanks to God for assisting and helping me to review different album even when I sometimes don't know what to say. Album reviewing can be a bit difficult but with God's help, I believe people will be impacted in a very positive way. I am looking forwards to the day when all the dividing walls will break down and that all hatred will be gone for good.
This is an absolutely fantastic album and I am so impressed with the effort that was put into this album. Carleen Anderson is truly authentic and she has a very positive spirit.
This album was co produced with Paul Weller and Brendan Lynch.
Brendan Lynch also produced a few Ocean Colour Scene albums. Moseley Shoals is one of them.
Moseley Shoals will always be my favorite Ocean Colour Scene Album. I totally love how they push the creative boundaries and that they have put a lot of creative elbow grease into their songs.
I think Brendan Lynch is an outright whizz kid and a genius at producing awesome vibes and sounds.
Paul Weller's classic album Stanely Road contains some electronics and some awesome creative sounds.
The songs on this Carleen Anderson album are absolutely amazing. There are some cover versions and some original songs on this album. I quite like Carleen's rendition of the Paul McCartney song
''Maybe I'm Amazed''. ''Peace In The Valley, ''Redemption'' and ''Fortunes Drive'' are some of the original songs on this album and they are all brilliant. I believe you will enjoy these songs If you like listening to positive entertainment. ''Burning Bridges'' is co written with Paul Weller along with ''I'm Gonna Miss You''. ''Burning Bridges'' is one of my favorite songs on this album.
Another cover ''Piece Of Clay'' is a very thought provoking song and it poses a challenge to Parents and also people in the church who keep on criticising and putting people in a box, and also the people
in this world trying to control people. There is too much hatred in this world and a lack of love.
''Shifting Times'' is another thought provoking song concerning the times we are living in now.
I pray that you will enjoy this amazing album and I pray that God will bless you.
To the Paul Weller Fans I would like to recommend some awesome songs and you will be surprised.
Third Day: Come Together.
Third Day: Get On.
Salvador: Higher Love. Cover version of a Steve Winwood song.
Matt Maher: On My Way.

The City Harmonic: Heart

I am so pleased that there are some fresh worship bands out there that don't conform to a conventional standards of what church music should sound like.
If you like listening to Coldplay, The Editors, Snow Patrol, and Elbow then I believe you will like this album.
We need more worship bands and artists that refuse to stay in a box of sameyness and take some more creative risks. We cannot afford to stay in a religious box because this world has a very negative view of the church and of God. Praise and Worship is not a musical genre. Worship is about God and it will always be about God. God is more concerned about our hearts and believe we can worship God in the way that he has made us. The Church needs to stop bickering and arguing over what music styles glorify God and what doesn't. We are ruining people with that kind of talk.
and it grieves me big time. The devil doesn't own any music styles, period. satan never creates anything. All he ever does is steal, kill and destroy and he is the father of lies.
God has revealed to us what is acceptable worship. We are to worship God in spirit and in truth and it is important that we keep God at the center because he is in charge of this whole universe and he decides who does what and who goes where. Worship must involve our hearts because God is more concerned about our inner character, and he wants us to be real in our worship to God. So let us all worship God in the way that he made us and not pretend to be something we are not.
This album is fantastic and I believe it will grow on you the more you listen to it. It may take a few listens for this album to grow on you. I personally like listening to Indie Rock music quite a lot.
I believe this album will help bring you closer to the God who created you and will inspire you to shine like a city on a hill. I pray that while you are listening to this album, you will came alive as you give your life to God and that God will take you to his heavenly kingdom when he returns or when you draw your final breath. Take heart, the hardships you are going through won't last forever and when we get to Heaven, we will be totally free from sin and evil and we will be made right again.
Remember, home is where the heart is so make sure that you have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart before you depart from this planet.
Recommended songs.
Alive, Alive.
A City On A Hill.
Live Love.
Strong.

Young Disciples: Road To Freedom

I would like to tell you how I totally enjoy reviewing a lot of positive and uplifting album and I am so proud of God for saving me from my old life and erased my past mistakes. If it wasn't for my faith in Jesus Christ, I wouldn't have come this far and I wouldn't have been able to review any inspiring albums on my blog. I hope and pray that you have been inspired by the albums I have reviewed. I believe God helped me review different albums so he alone deserves all of the credit.
This early 90's acid jazz group The Young Disciples is fronted by Carleen Anderson. I believe she is a true example and a true role model that shine's God's light to the lost and broken people who need hope. She is an example of true worship and I am so proud of her for allowing God to use her in way's that she will never know until she step's into eternity.
The reason I got into Carleen Anderson was because of Paul Weller, one of my favorite artists.
When I was a little child, I was brought up on Paul Weller and he used to be in The Jam and
The Style Council. I listened to Paul Weller's first solo album on vinyl when I was 6 years of age.
I was in Class 1 at Hillmorton First School at that time and it brings back memories.
Paul Weller's first album contains song like ''Into Tomorrow'', ''Bull Rush'', ''Above The Clouds'',
and Uh Huh Oh Yeh. ''I Didn't Mean To Hurt You'' was written for Dee C Lee who used to be in The Style Council. Some of the songs from Paul Weller's 1st solo album came from his experience of wrestling with self doubt and that he is still searching.
I think the Young Disciples CD is very uplifting and I totally enjoy listening to this album.
The lyrical content is absolutely excellent and I do believe it applies to this generation that is going through an identity crisis and is suffering a lack of vision which I have addressed before when I reviewed the James Fortune and Fiya album ''Identity''.
There is too much hatred in this world and the people in this world are not communicating. We don't seem to socialise and we are stained with so much apathy.
Today Facebook and Mobile Phones are replacing true community and it grieves me. I have said this before when I reviewed the Trip Lee album ''The Good Life''. Community is important and we cannot afford to waste our lives in Isolation. We need to come together. Church of God, stop criticising your brothers and sisters and start playing your part.
The single on this Young Disciples album is ''Apparently Nothin (Soul River) and it was on the radio in the early 90's. Ex Style Council keyboardist Mick Talbot also plays the keyboards on most of the songs and Steve White who used to be a drummer in The Style Council and also has also been in Paul Wellers backing band for a long time does the drumming on ''As We Come (To Be). Steve White is one of my favorite drummers and his drumming style is completely unbelievable. He is totally awesome on the drums.
If you enjoy listening to music from the early 90's, this album is recommended.
To let you know, Paul Weller is one of the most innovative singer songwriters and is also a very talented artist who pushed the creative boundaries and has written some very amazing songs. The guitar riffs are totally impressive and the drum rhythms are mindblowing. Paul Weller has got a knack at creating some amazing vibes and there have been some use of electronics on some of his recordings especially on my favorite Paul Weller album ''Stanley Road. The producer of some of the Paul Weller albums is Brendon Lynch. He is a absolute genious and a whizz kid at producing.
One of my favorite songs on Stanley Road is ''Whirlpools End''. It is a long track clocking about 7 minutes. Awesome Guitars, great backing vocals and some awesome use of electronics. The song ends with an all clear siren. I think the David Crowder Band would be amazed and impressed with some of the Paul Weller songs on Stanley Road due to the use of electronics.
I encourage you to check out the David Crowder Band. They are one of the most unconventional worship bands and they also use electronics in their music. Check out the album Church Music.
If you like the Young Disciples, I truly recommend Out Of Eden. Check out their albums ''Lovin The Day and ''More Than You Know''. May God bless you and keep on being creative to the glory of God. To God be the glory now and forever.

U2: 18 Singles

I think U2 are one of the most top quality bands of all times and I was brought up on them at a very young age. I was very little when I first heard ''The Joshua Tree'', one of the greatest albums of all times. My Dad also had Achtung Baby and War on vinyl and Zooropa and All That You Can't Leave Behind on CD. What sets U2 apart from the rest is that the lyrical content in most of their songs contain christian elements and it is evident in songs like ''Where The Streets Have No Name'', ''With Or Without You'', ''Vertigo'', ''Sunday Bloody Sunday'', ''I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For'',and many other songs. U2 have been in the mainstream for a very long time and they have written so many classics. This compilation features a song which was recorded in response to the Hurricane Katrina incident and it is featuring punk rock band Green Day. ''The Saints Are Coming''.
U2 are one of the biggest bands of all time and I still enjoy listening to their music. Their live shows are amazing and they explored different musical directions ranging from Stadium Rock, Country, Bluesy Rock, Electronica, and Gospel Rock. One of there songs from Achtung Baby, ''One'' is a very inspiring gospel song and I believe it promotes unity among brothers and sisters. I believe the Church of God thrives when it comes together and doesn't argue over differences. ''Pride (In The Name Of Love'' champions civil rights and it talks about Martin Luther King, One of the most inspiring world changers who took a bold stand against racism and promoted racial harmony among the blacks and whites. I would like to thank God for using Martin Luther's minstry in a powerful way.

I believe that God is using this band in a powerful way to leave a positive legacy since Bono has a strong passion for social justice and he believes that true worship must involve helping those in need. They have influenced a lot of CCM Artists and Worship Leaders and I believe U2 are paving the way for new artists to make awesome music. I pray that God will inspiring new bands and artists to be original in their creativity and give out their very best. I believe we need some more positive inspirations to use music to help and bless others and never for the fame and popularity.
One of the most well known artists Stevie Wonder used his God given talent in music to be a blessing to others and promote racial harmony and justice. Stevie Wonder is a true example and we need more artists like that. I think Stevie Wonder is a true legend and a very talented and original singer songwriter. To the Band's and Artists across the globe. Please don't waste your God given talents on fame and celebrity life. These things are fading away.
I would like to thank God for helping me to review this compilation. I couldn't do this without his help so let us look to God and give him the highest praise for all that he has done for us. I am so proud of God. He is the greatest creator and innovator in the whole universe and the heavens declare God's glory. God is an absolute phenomenon and he deserves the trophies and a billion kazillion heavenly crowns.

James Fortune and Fiya: Identity.

I totally love this album a lot and I believe it is truly inspiring, encouraging, worshipful and creative at the same time. I am a massive fan of Gospel Music and I totally enjoy this kind of music a lot.
This album takes Moden Gospel Music to the next level and I believe that God's light is shining on this awesome album. One of my favorite songs on this album is ''It Could Be Worse'', and it encourages us to praise God in our hardest time. This song triggers a lot of unbridled emotions so that is why it starts of with a disclaimer giving out a warning that if you are driving right now, you either pull over. That means to stop the car. Or you can skip past to the next song til you get home. let me tell you that letting off your unbridled emotions while driving is very dangerous and it can cause an accident. some of the songs on this album will get you dancing and there are some emotive ballads that will relax you and will also make you cry and lift your hands up in praise to God.
This album is very honest and it encourages us that while we go throught hard time and things don't go our way, God will always be for us and he has a brighter future for us if we have Jesus in our lives. This modern generation is suffering from an identity crisis and this is serious. We have lost our sense of purpose and it is causing some people to commit suicide. If you are on the brink of ending your own life, this mindblowingly encouraging album will positively change your mind and I believe God will use this album to let you know that God came to renew your identity and give you hope for the future. Suicide is rebuked in Jesus Name. I pray that God will bind up the spirit of suicide and place the devil under arrest.
I believe James Fortune is an encourager and I believe that this album will set the house ablaze for the glory of God. The music on this album will give you a glimpse of what the music is going to be like in Heaven. So let's move forward and let go of the past. God has a bright future for us if we place our trust in Jesus.

Israel Houghton: The Power Of One

I believe Israel Houghton is one of the most creative and multi cultural Modern Gospel Artists in the CCM and Gospel Music scene and this album is mega awesome. ''The Power Of One'' is a colossal mega creative force and the music is at a very very high standard. I believe we give God the glory when we give out our very best. Israel Houghton has put a lot of elbow grease into the making of this album. This record contains elements of Modern Gospel, Funk, Rock, Reggae and Contempary Praise And Worship. This is a completely awesome album. One of the songs ''Saved By Grace'' is a funky Praise Party anthem that will get Heaven dancing big time. It also contains elements of Prince: 1999.
Surely Goodness has a Reggae Feel to it and it is featuring Cheville Franklyn.
''Just Say'' is also a Praise Party song that will encourage you to get your dancing shoes on.
This mega colossal album also contains collaborations by Tobymac, Mary Mary and the lead singer from one of the most inspiring, revolutionary bands, Delirious.
I would like to praise God for creating this album through the likes of Israel Houghton. This is Kingdom Music at it's very best and I believe you will be totally surprised.
Let's bring Kingdom Music to the next level.

Stryper: Second Coming

I think Stryper are a totally amazing band and they are incredibly talented musicians who use music to bring glory to God and make him known. Stryper are a heavy metal band who have been going since the 80's and they have written classics like ''Loud and Clear'', ''Soldiers Under Command'', and their well known classic ''To Hell With The devil. The songs contains some mindblowingly awesome riff that deserve to be on the Guitar Hero video games and some awesome drumming, and most of all some soaring high pitched vocals. To be quite honost this is the first time I bought a Stryper CD and to let you know, this is a compilation containing 14 Remake's and 2 new songs.
I found out about this CD on Jesus Freak Hideout and the CD came out last year.
I would like to give thanks to God for allowing me to review a lot of positive, uplifting albums to encourage people that positive entertainment is absolutely amazing. Quite a lot of Positive Christian Alternatives are at a higher quality than ever before and the creativity is improving. There are more bands out there than you think. Different people have different musical tastes and God made us all different for a reason. We are here for a purpose. God created us for his own glory and we are to reflect God while we are on this planet. I believe God's Heavenly Kingdom is advancing and if you have given your life to Jesus Christ and have repented of your sins, there is a brighter future for you.
I pray that this Stryper CD will inspire and motivate you to raise God's banner higher and take a bold stand for Jesus and take part in destroying the devil's kingdom once and for all.
Let us all take the praise and worship of God to a higher level and raise up God's divine number 777.
LET'S START A HEAVENLY REVOLUTION.

Byron Mr Talkbox Chambers: My Time

I believe that God is a totally awesome God and the true source of creativity on this planet.
I totally enjoy review different albums by artists who seek to reflect God by being creative and producing excellent lyrics that inspire and motivate you. This album is truly amazing and it is very upbeat and captivating. Byron Mr Talkbox Chambers is part of the Diverse City Band and is close friends with one of the most inspiring culturally relevent artists Tobymac.
This album has a mixture of Old School Funk, Disco, Gospel, R&B and Rock and the songs will get you moving and dancing and the lyrics will inspire you to shine God's light and take the Gospel of Jesus to the masses. ''Get On Up'' is a very catchy funky Disco song that will get you dancing and I believe you will have lots of fun listening to it. overall, ''My Time'' is a very fun album and I believe it deserves a lot of airplay in the mainstream. What gives this album a distinct sound is the talkbox. That the reason why they call him Mr Talkbox because he uses the talkbox when he sings.
This album is very original in sound and it is also musically diverse.
If you totally enjoy this album then I would like to recommend Group 1 Crew. They are such a mindblowingly awesome Band and there music is also a blend of R&B, Funk, Techno and Disco.
They are one of the most creative and musically diverse bands that deserve airplay in the mainstream.
Please don't miss this album I am reviewing now. You are in for a surprise so let's get our dancing shoes on and lets have a blast.

Seabird: Troubled Days

I would like to give thanks and praise to God for helping me to review different albums by different artists and I really enjoy doing it. I hope and pray you are inspired and encouraged by the positive entertainment blog and I am hoping that you are gaining a brand new perspective on music that is recorded by Christians and that you are pleased with the quality of the albums I have reviewed in this season that I am in at this moment in time. I pray that God will used this amazing blog in a powerful way to invest in your dreams and purpose in life and I believe that one day, you could be a recording artist that will produce awesome music to God's glory and advance God's kingdom. And also to help rebuild communities and break down the dividing walls. Or you could one day start up positive entertainment disco's and be a DJ and bring positive Christian Entertainment to peoples lives and play a diversity of different music styles and play it at a high volume. Or you could take Positive Entertainment to the High Schools and Colleges and bring redemption to the lives of teenagers.
Remember, God has a plan for you and it is going to bring more and more people into God's Shining Celestial Kingdom.
Now I have chosen to review Seabird's latest album and it was released last year. I think the album is ever so fantastic and I enjoy listening to this album. Personally, I used to listen to a lot of Indie Bands including Blur, Oasis, The Farm, Inspiral Carpets, Cast, Supergrass, Ocean Colour Scene, Suede, Space, Manic Street Preachers, Super Furry Animals, The Coral, Starsailer, Kaiser Chiefs, and many other Indie Bands. These are some of the Bands that have inspired my musical journey and I hope and pray that these bands will be reached through Pub Ministries and that through this method they can all gain a new perspective about what the Christian Faith is truly about. If you are a fan of Britpop Music and you listen to a lot of Indie Bands, I encourage you to check out All Star United, Delirious, Phatfish, Article One, Sanctus Real, Edison Glass, After Edmond, Electrolyte, and The Gentlemen. If you would like to try listening to the Gentlemen, try out their album ''A Candid History Of Faith, Hope, Love. and their latest album ''Departures''. I haven't listened to their new album yet but I have listened to a little bit of their single, ''Lights Of Tokyo''. The latest album ''Departures is only available on downloads. I was looking forwards to their recent album but I didn't get released on physical CD and I was very disappointed.
I believe you are going to enjoy this album if you are a diehard fan of Indie Music This is a sort of album that you can listen to while you are going about your daily life.
So wherever you are now on your journey with God, may God bless you and keep you. There is a brighter future for you if you have Jesus in your life and I pray that you will be selective when it comes to choosing friends. Don't keep constant company with people who don't support your vision and please don't allow yourself to be a doormat to wrong friendships. I pray that God will bring the right friends to support the vision that God has for you and please keep your distance from relationships to don't glorify God. If you are struggling in this area and you have a so called friend in your life that is not really your true friend and you feel that God is speaking through your consience to bring an end to the relationship that is hurting you and is not part of God's plan for your life. I recommend another song ''We Can't Be Friends''. ''Stand Out'' is a fantastic song and it will encourage you to stand out from the rest. The crowd will lead you in the wrong direction. Jesus is the only person that can help you live right and love others around you.
Recommended songs.
Love Will Be Enough.
Find A Way.
We Can't Be Friends.
Stand Out.
Something Better Change.

Trip Lee: The Good Life.

I would like to thank God for allowing me to review a lot of positive and uplifting albums to help people understand that positive God glorifying entertainment is absolutely brilliant and more awesome than you think. I would like to tell you this album is amazing and ''The Good Life'' is my favorite Trip Lee album. I am so pleased with the quality of this album. It is creative and exciting and it totally glorify's God all the way through. This album challenges us to do a re-think about what the good life is. We live in a culture that has sent us a wrong message about the good life. The media is lying to us when it tells us that the good life is about getting famous and making a name for yourself.
There is too much celebrity worship going on in this world and it is reflected on TV, Radio and trashy magazines that do nothing but promote gossip. People, gossip is very dangerous and it is playing with fire. when you gossip about other people, you make them look bad and it seperates close friends. It is like what the Stereophonics said on one of their songs, It only takes one match, to burn a thousand trees. Do yourselves a favour and stop gossiping right now. I hate gossip and I totally detest pornography. I refuse to compromise who God made me to be and I will not sell my soul for the fame and fortune. Celebrity life and celebrity worship is absolutely horrifying and vicious. That is not my idea of a good life, God forbid it.
To the mainstream music industries. Stop exploiting other artist and quit treating them like puppets on a string. Corruption ends right here, right now.
''Robot'' is one of the songs on this album and it is a refection of how we were manipulated by the sinful nature that wants it's own way. If you are sick and tired of the old life and of living in sin, this song is for you. You can alway rap along to the chorus of this song.
Know Me (Word) contains a sample of Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes: You Make Me Feel So Good and it talks about getting the know about the Bible which is the Word Of God.
''I'm Good'' reminds us that we all go through trials and tribulations and that we may suffer for our faith. This song is featuring one of the most inspiring Rap Artists Lecrae.
ILove talks about how technology can control us and how it can distract us from God and also from true community. Today, online communications including Facebook and Mobile Phones have replaced community and social communications.
One of my favorite mainstream artists Paul Weller wrote a song called Wake Up The Nation and it contains the lyrics and it will hit you. Get your face out the Facebook and turn off your phone.
It's not that facebook and mobile phones are wrong in and of themselves but they can distract us from social community. The Jam wrote a song called ''Start'' and it was written in the early 80's and it is also about our need to communicate. People, community is important and we cannot spend our lives in isolation. Please check out a song called ''Don't Try This At Home'' and it is on the lead UB40 singer, Ali Campbell's solo album, Running Free.
Heart Problom remind's us that money, sex, and power are not the problem. It is our sinful hearts that are causing us to abuse these things and use them in the wrong way.
I pray that God will use this album in a powerful way to give us a brand new picture of the good life and wake us up to it's true meaning. Remember. The Bible teaches that the thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came so that you can have life to the fullest.
